Would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing house cooked food that supports local farmers and businesses. Eating was amazing and a stealing at the prices they charge.

This is the perfect spot for home-cooked meals in a diner setting. A true gem along the drive through Southeast Georgia! The pork chops and greens were delicious, and the prices were very reasonable!

My husband and I decided to stop for lunch after reading all the glowing reviews. The place did not disappoint! We had the blackened chicken tenders, greens, green beans and pickled beets. This place was packed and we had to wait about 10 minutes to get a booth but it was worth it. The food was VERY good! The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. I had locally sourced gator tail with green fried tomatoes, red skin potato wedges, cornbread and a rootbeer float. Also, the coffee is great. I will definitely eat here again.

The food is delicious, served promptly, and at a very affordable price. It brings back memories of the food prices from the 1980s. Most menu items taste like they’re made from scratch. The local smoked sausage is definitely worth the extra dollar—it's incredibly tasty. Although it can get busy at times, it's worth the wait. Definitely recommend!

Tucked away from the usual tourist spots in Kingsland, this establishment has been a staple since the 1940s. We stayed a few miles away and prefer to dine at local places instead of chain restaurants during our trip, and we were not disappointed!
