"I came across a TikTok video featuring the owner and staff donating over a thousand dollars' worth of food and backpacks to Josh, so he could assist the homeless community. The owner not only declined payment for the food but also refused a tip at the end. I just want to express how incredible you are and commend your kind heart. We truly need more people like you in this world. I pray that you are blessed abundantly for your generosity towards those in need. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. With so much negativity around, it’s refreshing to know that there are still good people left. You and your team are truly remarkable. God bless!"

"We were family. *please like my review if you find it helpful* Thank you Kindness, courteous and respect. This is how I would describe the two young ladies Sarah and Mariah, who helped my party of over 16 people today. We made reservations for today we only estimated 16 and we had 4 extra people. They allowed us to also use the booth behind us. We were having dinner to celebrate our fathers life. Both ladies were extremely accommodating, kind and respectful. They allowed us to be in community together as we shared some of our memories of our father over appetizers and pasta. Pros: The staff was very kind again thank you to the ladies Sarah and Mariah. They made us feel like we were family. Both ladies are rare gems to the Olive Garden family. Cons: It is very disrespectful to stare when you see people. There was a table where this white woman just couldn’t STOP staring at us. It made some of the people in our party uncomfortable. Also a group of elderly white people felt we were “loud” at 1:30 in the afternoon oh well what can you do…."

"Our water and drinks order were taken immediately, service was fast. What was great about this experience was our server Zoey. We had our grandson with us, who was playing with Lego parts. A part had fallen on the floor and not seen where it was. Zoey immediately pulled out her cell phone and turned on the light and helped us search under the table. Found it! Over and above from a server who shows by actions she cares for her customers. Food arrived very fast after this. Stouts flat bread Supreme pizza was very good . Cocktail and wine also."

"BANNED INDEFINATELY FROM CHIANTI GRILL!!! My wife and I love Chianti Grill in Roseville. We are there for dinner at least once a month (if not more) and have been dining there for many, many years. Great food, great wine and, almost always, great service. Unfortunately, in early May we had one of those nights where the food was uncharacteristically slow and when I mentioned it to the bartender/server she was totally defensive and made both my wife and me feel that she couldn’t care less about our concern. A few weeks later we went back and had another fabulous night at Chianti Grill. We had a reservation for yesterday when the General Manager called to let me know that my wife and I are BANNED FROM THE RESTAURANT because, he said, I 'm told you come off rude, demeaning and disrespectful on many visits . WHAT? If we were “rude, demeaning and disrespectful “on many visits” that means we would be having a bad time and, if so, why would we be coming back to Chianti Grill so often? This is simply NOT TRUE! Perhaps worse than being indefinitely banned from Chianti Grill is the fact that the General Manger never once asked me about our experience in May…and we all know there are at least two sides to every story! Apparently he couldn 't care less about our side of the story!!! We will miss Chianti Grill."

"I was disappointed with the place today coming with friends to eat lunch. We were standing at counter to be seated and waited for while staff are coming and going making eye contact and saying nothing I understand if you it’s busy you talk to people to let them know someone will be with you shortly! We ask for a booth table they said it’s not available however their was one that open by the time we seat down and I ask one of the staff he said fine another guy said no we can’t change. I felt it was rude we having started anything yet why not? I think service can be better and to treat everyone the same."
