"Do not go to this restaurant. PERIOD! Last check, the local Police Secretary, Laura H, works there as a server. She watches you before, during and after your dinner. Then she watches as you go to your car. She seems to think she should then follow you around town as well, to other eating establishments, even though you left the first one just to get away from HER! Out of state tourists BEWARE! The Police there, know that the likelihood of you returning to fight their citations, is minimal at best. And the kicker is, they are known for writing citations to people, without EVER even speaking to them-not kidding! Beware, cause this Police Stalker, Laura H, whether or not you have actually been drinking alcohol, will accuse you of doing it anyway! In one case, she called the on duty Police Officer, not through the normal police channels (after hours it is via the Sheriff 's Dept), but instead, calling the Officer from her personal cell phone, directly to the officer 's car phone, to report a Drunk Driver (one of her boss ' patrons)! Why not follow the proper procedures? Well, one possibility, could be that maybe she has some kind of scam worked out with the owner of the restaurant(s), after serving them and acting like their friends, to somehow get customers busted, possibly to drum up some extra revenue for the Boys in Blue! Who knows? No matter what their stories are, this is FLAT OUT HARASSMENT. There are literally thousands of other places in the area, where you can dine without the fear of being followed around by some Police Stalker, who will gladly try to ruin your life by having her Police buddies follow you home. Make the safe choice, and wine, dine and stay overnight in Oshkosh. Just hang out there, and leave the Small Mindeds to play their games themselves!"

"Sadly, this is nothing like it used to be with the previous owner. Apparently having teenagers run a business by themselves is acceptable for the new owner(s)/management. The majority of times we go to this place they are ALWAYS out of something, this rarely ever happened in the past. And to be out of ice cream in summer months, is absurd. The food is either way overcooked or undercooked. This last visit was the deciding factor to never return to this place, our burgers were all raw, barely cooked at all. The fries were also undercooked and cold. Mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese not even melted. The drinks tasted very watered down. We had to throw all of our meals out, not edible for even a pet! We didn't bother to say anything this time, because the last few times we had similar issues and mentioned it, we were literally ignored, and they obviously do nothing about correcting the problems. You can't blame being busy, this time, because we were the only people there. No small business owner(s) for a SEASONAL type of business should be missing, or not there working themselves. Take your time off in the winter months, and manage your business! Having no adult supervisor at all times and/or changing suppliers for food, along with no proper training for these kids working, is running this nostalgic place into the ground. It's sad, it used to be so great!! We found a new drive-in restaurant does everything the right way. Cruise In in Marion!"

"Based on a recommendation from a co-worker, my girlfriend and I decided to dine at this restaurant last Saturday night. She ordered the haddock and I had a queen cut prime rib, both accompanied by their French onion soup. The soup was tasty but a bit heavy on the pepper. My prime rib, cooked medium well, was delicious. We were impressed by the attentive service from the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be returning as customers."

"Honestly where do I begin. I will say this review is based off of a couple of major complaints giving the score. 1. This place is cold. I mean it both physically and emotionally. Staff for the most part was wonderful. However a few bad apples ruined it for everyone. Most of the younger staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in there service. What I see going on is, older staff stuck in their ways and not willing to budge. I don't care if you have the ac on normally. When staff and customers are leaving for hoodies in July... That's sick. 2. Brings me right to the second point. This place could have so much potential giving location and connects with food. However, it sucks, menu is lack luster with few feather options other than chicken tenders in 3 different forms. Being a child at heart sometimes this is ok... But where is my other fine feather friends? I would recommend as a quick stop... But don't wait for a reservation."

"After three disappointing visits we will not be back, not enough wait staff resulting in long wait times and last night took note of a person obviously sick sneezing all over table...after table was bussed didn't wipe it off and quite likely resulting in next patrons getting sick..also mens bathroom door handle was very dirty....always believed if the front of the establishment is dirty so is the kitchen. Burgers we ordered were served after 45 minutes not cooked as ordered,way overcooked. Also ran out of glassware and were serving drinks in plastic cups."
