"Went in to order 2 subs 2 people ahead but pretty much done . Husband ordered his and went to order mine 2 girls working assume one was new girl started subs put in toaster then walked to end 2nd girl ws finishing husbands, mine sat there out of oven, and sat there and sat there. She finished my husband's and stood there I finally said are you going to do mine she says. Oh ya. By this time mine is ice cold, I have to pretty much beg for more veggies. Worst service ever! Asked for quac on a foot long got 1 scoop. Winneconne going down hill. AND DONT EVEN TRY ONLINE THEY DONT HAVE IT AND DONT HONOR THE SPECIAL!!!!!!"

I'm feeling conflicted about this place. I've visited during lunchtime and found that they were out of some meat options, which I find puzzling considering that their main focus is being a sub shop! However, when I've gone in the evening, the service and food have been quite good. View menu

I stopped into this location about a week and a half ago and when I was being served there was an employee name tag said Linds she was very disrespectful towards another customer. He had ordered 3 subs and when he said that he needed another sub she growned and said ok what do you want it was very disappointing and should be addressed.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich on white bread with provolone and salad. When I got home, I realized they gave me a Club sandwich instead. My husband went back to get the correct sandwich, but this time it was missing the salad. I didn't think my order was that complicated, especially since I am heavily pregnant!

I was throwing a small party for Dad's Day. Ordered (6 ft long subs by phone (couldnt get theapp to work). The lady on the phone was extremely courteous and pleasant! I recently had the pleasure of being served by a young woman named Haley at Subway. She did an outstanding job preparing my subs, despite the fact that I had ordered 7 with no prior notice. Despite the store being busy, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Haley was not only helpful and patient, but also showed impressive multitasking skills. Thank you, Subway, for employing such a talented individual like Haley. Keep up the great work!

Ordered thru drive thru, a double meat, foot long tuna. I received only the bread and tuna, none of the lettuce, onions, olives or pepper that was ordered. And the 2X tuna seemed sparse. Also waited approximately 10 minutes at the window while the store had almost no customers, but did have 2 employees. Neither of which approached the window until handing me my sandwich. Definitely do not go thru a drive thru with the touch screen ordering.
