"This is a nice inexpensive Japanese restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. They have traditional maki rolls, nigiri and hot bento box like sukiyaki and unagi bowl. South Florida has way too many Thai+Japanese restaurants. I never understand the combination of Thai and Japanese. It’s nice to see a Japanese restaurant focus on Japanese food only, and making it delicious and inexpensive."

We were craving sushi, so we decided to dine at Sushi One. We placed a large order for seven people, and they prepared it quickly. The sushi was delicious, and the chicken teriyaki was also tasty. The miso soup was quite good as well. While it seems more like a takeout spot, we still highly recommend Sushi One.
