Swiftwater Cellars - Piatti

Swiftwater cellars is a great place for wine tasting and food in suncadia! Staff are so nice and friendly. The restaurant is also dog friendly. Wine and food are decent. This is also the cutest wedding venue! We looked at booking it for our wedding but it didn't work out. Love coming here!

As soon as we walked in, we fell in love! The staff, the service, the food, and everything else were on point. Let's not discuss the view because it was the best. It is one of my favorite places to dine and grab some wine. We sat by the fire pit; it was lovely to get pure air while dining! Love the outdoor vibe!

Came early on a Sunday morning and service was excellent! Started with the burrata and broccolini salad which was good but overshadowed by the main courses. The bread on the Philly cheesesteak was soft but not mushy, decent meat to bread ratio. The fish tacos were great. You can add a protein to the salad or not. Only came in here for some wine tastings the view is gorgeous and the cozy feel of the place is very warm and inviting. We had a great time chilling and drinking! The wines itself was eh, but still a good experience overall. They do their tastings a little differently with a flight of 6 for $20 25 depending on your selection. The pours are a good amount but does not apply to your bottle purchase unfortunately. Beautiful spot for some fun pics and to sit and sip! If you want to dine in, looks like reservations are helpful!

There aren't many finer dining options in the Cle Elum area, so by default it's one of the top, but I'm giving it five stars primarily for ambience. We've regularly come here for years and have always had an excellent experience. Whether it's with kiddos after a day of sledding or celebrating a friends birthday, we've always felt welcomed and comfortable. They have a wide selection of food for every palate and a lot of great seating options for you to sit back and enjoy. I always look forward to visiting Swiftwater cellars because I know we won't be disappointed, and if you haven't been you should definitely check it out.

The food was excellent! We started with the tuna and shrimp appetizers, both of which were delicious. For our main courses, we ordered steak and fish, while the kids enjoyed pizza and chicken. We also sampled some desserts, all of which were delightful, especially the ginger cake—it was fantastic! The view from the restaurant is beautiful, particularly from the patio area. However, the place was quite noisy, making it hard for my elderly parents to hear. Some soundproofing could really enhance the experience. On a positive note, the service was outstanding. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I celebrated my birthday there and had made a reservation ahead of time. Luckily, they allow dogs inside and even offer water for them, which my pups really enjoyed. The ambiance is lovely—beautifully decorated with plenty of natural light and a breathtaking view, it truly feels like you're in the living room of a wealthy friend. I ordered a wine flight and appreciated that they served all the wines at once, accompanied by a card that described the flavors of each one. The wines were quite good; I found a few that I loved and a couple that didn't quite suit my taste, but that's to be expected with a tasting! The warm atmosphere and the delight...

I absolutely adore Stillwater Winery! Everything—from the ambiance and service to the drinks and food—is exceptional. The service was fantastic, and our needs were consistently addressed. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to recommending drinks to pair with our dinner. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was delicious, with a perfectly balanced mix of flavors. For my main course, I chose the ribeye, and I must say, it was so incredible that I completely forgot to take a picture (I had to borrow one from a member of my party).
