"we were in don felipe a lot of time since this review was progressive in determining my assessment. eating was great when we first eat here, but further downhill. the portions have become smaller, the quality has decreased with an equally bad rate. the service (with the exception of a few times) is terrible. tonight, we've been thinking about our son. we ordered the children taco meal for him, clarified it with the waiter twice that it was the children's meal. our food comes and it is not the child's meal, just a taco. the waiter said he brought the rice and the beans to make it eat, then continued to charge us to an adult taco and an additional side of rice and beef. Normally I would brush it off as a mistake, but it happens with this same waiter as the clockwork, now three times. it is a simple option for restaurants to increase the sales of the lower line while they break it as a mistake. next to the child's meal, I had ordered the fajita nachos tonight for me and asked to garnel to add, as the menu says, they can add to a price. It would be next to what was already on the teller description, what would be huhn and steak. I told the waiter expressly to add it, he said so garnelen afteros I replied with clearing that I wanted to garnel add to the meal. in ca. 3 minutes I had a plate of about 10 chips, a prise vegetables and 5 garnels, flooded in queen sauce. it was disgusting, and went inappropriate by waitstaff. After we're gonna be a food drink for the nights, we won't be back. I believe they have tried to grow too fast to be able to maintain quality food and service."

"Update: 8/25/24 Me and my husband stopped by for some drinks. We had Christina as a server. She was amazing despite her being in pain from her hip hurting. She is amazing and we will definitely be coming back just to have her as our server! I’m giving this place 4/5 because the first time I went here with my husband we had a great time. We got a great waitress. She was older and was super nice to us and asked if everything was okay. But today, the second time I went here we got a younger lady as a waitress. She took a while to get us our drinks and everything but that was fine. She could’ve been nicer to but that’s nothing. Our bill totaled out to be 41 and some change I gave her 60 and left a tip for her at the table. She came back with change and it was 16 and some change. I thought I had misread the receipt wrong so we asked for the receipt. And our change was supposed to be 18 and some. When we brought back the receipt it was like she knew that we would tell her that is what wrong. She automatically said “Did I give the wrong change?” Yes she clearly did. And her excuse was that she cashed the wrong table. If she wanted to tip herself with our money without telling us then she doesn’t deserve a tip at all. And no tip was left because I don’t know how many other people she does that to. I’ve been in the restaurant business and I know when someone is lying about stealing money. Honestly when we come back we will be asking for a different waitress, if we get her."

"Love coming here food is always fantastic service is always friendly. Portions are right where they should be for the money you spend. I got the 2 pork chop with baked potato and spiced apples. Pork chops were cooked perfect. Potato was massive but July only complaint was the apples it tasted like you gave me some apple pie filling. Kinda a wish they would put some effort into that and it would of been perfect. Still coming back. Never had an item I didn’t like."

"This Arby's has gone downhill faster than any restaurant I've seen. Ordered at the drive thru, half pound roast beef meal. Get home and find that they put an obnoxious amount of thick nasty smelling shredded beef in a box. There was a bun on the bottom,completely hidden. NO bun on the top. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO FORGET A BUN WHEN YOU'RE A SANDWICH RESTAURANT!?? I gave them thebenefit of the doubt. Went back and inside, manager couldn't believe it and had them make me a new sandwich. Get home and itsliterally the same thing, but with a bun on top. IMPOSSIBLE to eat because it was essentially scraps of meat tossed in abox. DONE with this location completely."
