Yo no sabía! Perdon x mi ignorancia"

I absolutely love the food! It reminds me of the delicious meals my grandma used to make.

It’s a charming little family-owned restaurant that offers the best flour tortillas I've ever tasted.

Came here with a friend on a whim. Food was amazing. We split the sampler platter. It was huge. Can't wait to go back! Visualizza piatti

Honestly one of the worst services I have ever witness, we ask for two soups beff and crab and they waited 20 minutes to tell us that they didn’t have the crab soup, plus no explanation for the waiting… 1 hour waiting for two soups and 3 pieces of breads.Solo tengo que decir uno de los peores servicios que he tenido

I visited this restaurant with some friends for Sunday breakfast/brunch. The food was just average—neither great nor terrible—but definitely overpriced. Unfortunately, our waitress did not speak any English at all, not even to say “We need a minute.” The coffee was burnt, and my mug was dirty with food residue stuck on the outside from a previous wash. Overall, my experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Visualizza piatti

First off the menu prices online are not correct. We got the chicken and tajadas ,chicken was over cooked and dry. They only gave us 2 small containers of sauce after ordering the pastelitos and enchiladas. The actual plate of food was good, great flavor and good fry on the tajadas (banana chips) very good overall I asked for extra sauce for the chicken I only got one and we ordered 2 plates. We also ordered a coconut soup with shrimp and crab we feel like it's over priced for the quantity very small container my bill was $99.57 for 2 fried chicken and tajadas plates 1 order of pastelitos and 1 order of enchiladas with the shrimp and crab coconut soup I wasn't pleased with the dry and over cook...

Where do I begin? First of all, this place had friendly service, the waitress was very hospitable. I appreciate the staff calling security to get rid of the homeless person who just came in to cause a ruckus. Now the most important part, the food. Being from a background of Salvadorian heritage, I can say Central American cuisine has many similarities, yet so different at the same time. I love pollo con tajadas, my favorite besides the baleadas. I ordered pollo con tajada, this was not the typical dish of pollo con tajadas. They served the dish with so much sauce that I was wondering if it was a soup. The plantain chips, tajadas, were so soggy from all the liquid (soup) they added to the dish...

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
