"Unbelievable experience. We ordered lasagna tonight, or at least what was supposed to be lasagna. It was primarily ground beef with very few noodles and a bland sauce. When they served it, it resembled shepherd's pie more than lasagna. There was no ricotta cheese in sight. How can a restaurant claim to be Italian and not know how lasagna should look or taste? We also tried the pizza and chicken Alfredo. They were decent, but not impressive. On the positive side, the waitstaff were very friendly, and the bread they served with the meal was quite good. Unfortunately, there was a lack of consistency overall, and I doubt the chef tastes the food before serving it. The dining room had a vibe similar to a truck stop. I can understand this sort of experience at chain restaurants today, but it was still disappointing. Additionally, they charge a 3.25% fee for credit card usage, which isn’t removed until after the receipt is printed. It’s hard to believe!"

"I am disappointed on how you have left your response as an owner. This shows the type of person you are and I see you clearly. Instead of trying to make it right and just say “we hear you and I’m sorry” and leave it at that. You want to go at it in the comments. I’m here for it! I’m so glad you kept an itinerary of the night! Now we can break it down together, as it looks like you just wanted to publicly embarrass yourself as that type of owner. Instead of handling professionally, you broke down every emotion (about a family you have no idea what they went through to get to that moment , you have no place to judge any emotion of another human. To speak about my emotions of my engagement night in your pathetic attempt to defend yourself, instead of taking accountability for your lack of professionalism when conducting an event is astounding. And it clearly shows you were watching which is even worse on your end as an owner to stand by while this occurred! "I 've had a couple of issues with this particular location recently. The food has been good but I haven 't appreciated getting a suspicious charge for $43 on my credit card or their not putting everything I paid for in the bag. Last week it was the $43 mystery charge. I went through the drive-thru and bought my daughter a kid 's meal and a sandwich that totaled $11. The next day I looked at my Citi Card transactions online and noticed there were two charges for the day earlier at Chick-fil-a, one for $11 and another for $43, which I immediately disputed. Citi credited my account for the $43 on the spot, no questions asked, which I thought was interesting. Usually, the card providers request details and sometimes even want to talk to you on the phone. This made me wonder if I wasn 't the only one having an issue like this. Interestingly, the $43 charge showed as in restaurant even though I only went through the drive thru that night. Tonight, I returned to this restaurant and ordered the tortilla soup, a sandwich and chicken strips. Neither the requested condiments nor the tortilla chips, which go with the soup, were in the bag. I had to go into the restaurant and stand at the counter for about 2 minutes before the manager finally saw me waving at him. He came over and got me the missing items. No apology or regret, however, for my inconvenience. I guess it 's just acceptable for customers to not get everything they paid for put into the bag. I would encourage everyone to look at their credit card statements carefully."

"The woman that took my order was super nice and cheerful, sadly the pizza was just okay. It wasn’t dominoes bad but it just wasn’t good for the price. Edit: hey jimmy I got your voicemail. I don’t remember leaving my number so I can guess you looked through the orders with my name to track me down, kinda weird when you can respond on google reviews. It was mainly the crust that wasn’t good. It was some how greasy and gritty at the same time. I know pizza in general can be greasy but it seemed like the bottom of the pizza was dipped in cooking oil before placing it in the box. The toppings were good especially the mushrooms. We still ate the pizza, like I said it wasn’t dominoes bad it just wasn’t what I was hoping for since it was nearly 30$ for two mediums."
