"I 've had a couple of issues with this particular location recently. The food has been good but I haven 't appreciated getting a suspicious charge for $43 on my credit card or their not putting everything I paid for in the bag. Last week it was the $43 mystery charge. I went through the drive-thru and bought my daughter a kid 's meal and a sandwich that totaled $11. The next day I looked at my Citi Card transactions online and noticed there were two charges for the day earlier at Chick-fil-a, one for $11 and another for $43, which I immediately disputed. Citi credited my account for the $43 on the spot, no questions asked, which I thought was interesting. Usually, the card providers request details and sometimes even want to talk to you on the phone. This made me wonder if I wasn 't the only one having an issue like this. Interestingly, the $43 charge showed as in restaurant even though I only went through the drive thru that night. Tonight, I returned to this restaurant and ordered the tortilla soup, a sandwich and chicken strips. Neither the requested condiments nor the tortilla chips, which go with the soup, were in the bag. I had to go into the restaurant and stand at the counter for about 2 minutes before the manager finally saw me waving at him. He came over and got me the missing items. No apology or regret, however, for my inconvenience. I guess it 's just acceptable for customers to not get everything they paid for put into the bag. I would encourage everyone to look at their credit card statements carefully."
