"We went in after the hay maze. From the outside, we joked about the hap hazard look of the business and questioned our choice, but decided to check it out anyway. I'm so glad we did. Even though the service was a little slow, the food was amazing. The waiter was competent and nailed our order. It was hot and on point. The flavors sport loads of real butter and cheese and not the standard Sam's fair we get around here. The lasagna was crispy on the outside and deliciously moist in the middle. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was delicious, and they gave you enough sauce to put on everything else. The chicken alfredo had plenty of protein. Their bread is plain and blah... that is my only complaint about the food. Nice strong tea also. The art in the place is clearly painted by hand and adds so much to the inside of this hap hazard design of a place. A must go."

"During a visit to Ennis to look at a car, my family and I were in search of a local dining experience. After receiving unanimous recommendations for the Ruston Cattle Company from the dealership staff, we decided to give it a try. Despite living in the heart of DFW and Ennis being quite a distance away, almost what we'd consider countryside, our journey was well rewarded.Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately struck by the authentic Texas atmosphere that resonated throughout the place. Live music set the tone for a delightful evening but still maintained a volume that allowed for easy conversation.Although Ruston Cattle Company is primarily known as a steakhouse, I opted for the red snapper, a choice that I was thoroughly pleased with. The dish, accompanied by cream Swiss sauce and mushrooms, was cooked to perfection and the flavors melded together in a wonderful way.The service throughout the evening was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive, and only added to the enjoyment of our meal. The staff's passion for providing a great dining experience was evident in every interaction.For anyone seeking an authentic Texas experience with excellent food, wonderful ambiance, and friendly service, Ruston Cattle Company in Ennis, TX is a must-visit. "Chick Fil A in Ennis is the easiest Chick Fil A I've ever worked with! We order from them twice a month for Celebrate Recovery at The Avenue Church. They always do an excellent job. We order catering and do the pick up option. It's always waiting for us! The food is always packaged just right and food stays hot all the way to when we are ready to serve it! Always fresh! The location is also very convenient for us, lots of parking and traffic flows nicely! I love interacting with the whole staff! They give it that small town feel very friendly and serving to others! Always on task! I enjoy the weeks we do Chick Fil A night I never have to worry about it! Thank you for all that you do Ennis Chick Fil A!"

"I had an absolutely unfortunate experience at this restaurant. The waiter, Kennedy, was overheard on the walkie-talkie saying that she was watching us as if we were some sort of animals while I was trying to pay. Before that, when I asked for the check, she inquired whether I would be paying with cash or card. I mentioned I would use a card, and as we know, the transaction is typically completed using a machine. She took my card but then claimed that people had been leaving without paying. I told her that was not the case for us. Interestingly, there were some European patrons seated behind me who were not subjected to the same treatment I received before paying. It felt like she was racially profiling my family and me. I will be reaching out to corporate to file a formal complaint. Although the manager apologized, it was too little too late. If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

However, when I later checked my account, I saw that the original bill was still being processed. Tips are not the restaurant owner's money to charge or keep; they belong to the service staff."
