"Few may understand why this nondescript section in the wall inside the Lotte Plaza Market that is away from the main food court on the other side of the market should deserve 5 stars. Ready? Ok here goes: authentic Chinese hanging BBQ behind a window as if you 're at a Chinatown (e.g. roast pork, Peking duck, char sui, roast quail, smoked chicken), chicken feet, large block fried tofu, fried shrimp, bitter melon, pork stuffed mantou buns, Chinese Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf (Lo Mai Gai), egg custard, stewed spiced tripe, and other truly TRULY wonderful entrees and all freshly made, not trucked in. The lunch special is loaded with 3 pick entrees and soup. There is no General Tzo 's or mutant like thick glazed 'goo moo gai whatever ' dishes here. Is there another single place where all these Cantonese epicurean goodness in one place around Chantilly ? Answer is no around here. Maybe a restaurant has 1 or 2 but not all this. Plus, I am a big fan of paying for the food and not snarky waiters. The husband and wife team running this place are hands down awesome (BUT if you give them lip, they respond in kind as they should). They even taught me how to cook with some of their left over items especially the roast duck heads. Now I buy 2 5 duck heads every time I go. To my dear reader, you come here for Canton authenticity and sustenance. If you are looking for food that is complimented with a waitress or conversation, I hear there are several American chains that build in these non food costs into your meal. A place like this which churns out original flavors that reminds one of being in Chinatown, this place is truly a diamond in the rough. Yes..... They actually have those yummy succulent roast quail "

The roast duck and rice for lunch was excellent. I also enjoyed the delicious egg custard tart. I will definitely be returning for lunch and possibly dinner takeout in the future.

They sell this spoiled meat to my uncle for over $40 and don't think they need to refund him. They're so lucky it was to my uncle because I would have t town it in their damn face trying to take advantage of people during Christmas.

Menu changed a lot and so did the prices. Everything tasted old even though it was ordered at the beginning of the day. The shrimps were so small and didn't feel like it was worth the price. I don't suggest getting the crepes from here. Probably never coming back. Visualizza piatti

This is the “fresh” pork belly they sold to us and kept making excuses for even though it smelled like rotten roadkill. They didn’t want to refund the $40 paid for this **** and had the worse attitude telling me to go ahead and post it online. You’re better off going around the corner or Falls Church.

I wish there were more food options available. I'm not sure why this place is called a cafe because I don't think they serve coffee. It's a small Chinese takeout spot located inside Lotte Plaza in Chantilly. I usually order their roast duck and pork buns, both of which are delicious. The service is friendly.

The weekends are the best time to visit, as they offer a variety of dim sum, cooked dishes, and soups. The soup is particularly good! During the week, their menu is more limited, and I suspect the dim sum may be frozen, unlike what you might find at other restaurants. I tend to order the same dishes each time, and my absolute favorite is their wonderful sesame balls. Their brittle wine and BBQ pork are also delicious, but the brittle wine has my preference, and it seems my dog agrees! Believe it or not, she can be quite picky, but she really enjoys the roasted meats as well. Visualizza piatti

To my surprise, he refused to sell me half a pound and instead insisted that I had to purchase an entire pound. When I agreed to that, he told me no once again. He claimed that he couldn't sell me a pound because there was only a pound and a half left, and if I bought a pound, he would be left with half a pound that nobody would want to buy. What kind of logic is that? I simply wanted to buy half a pound, and now I couldn't even get a full pound because he was worried about leftovers? This isn’t how restaurants should operate. I began to wonder if he even sold that pork belly at all. I ended up going to the Korean restaurant next door, which had far superior quality and service, and I spen...

Every time I go shopping at Lotte, I make sure to visit this small Asian restaurant (carryout only). Stuart, the friendly owner, always makes my visit enjoyable, as well as the nice lady who works there. I can't quite remember their relationship. I usually order the Roast Duck, although the last few times I've gotten it, the ducks have been a bit on the skinny side. Nevertheless, I always finish it in one sitting, sharing some with my 13lb dog. The Roast Duck costs around $35 each, but it's worth it for the delicious taste! Weekends are the best time to visit, as they offer a variety of dim sum and cooked meals, including tasty soup. The soup is especially good. On weekdays, their menu is mo...

"My girlfriend was feeling like having pasta so we decided on Piero's. We had never been here so it was nice to find somewhere new. We started with the free bread which doesn't come with butter but rather a pesto oil mixture. She didn't care for it but I liked it. We then shared a Greek salad as an appetizer but my one complaint is that it was far too drenched in dressing. It left an almost overly salty taste with each bite. For main courses I ordered the carbonara and added chicken and my girlfriend ordered the pasta along with forno which is essentially a baked ziti. We both agreed that the carbonara was the better of the two. The pasta tasted better and had a different consistency. Highly recommend the carbonara. The Al forno was very good as well, it just was in an unfair fight from the beginning. We finished with a tiramisu. It was a very large slice for the price. It was fluffy and light but still quite delicious. The service was good. Our waitress was busy but still made sure to stop by for refills and to check on us. For a Friday night, a reservation is recommended. It was quite busy when we got there at 8:20 so thankfully we had an 8:30 reservation. The ambiance definitely feels cozy. There's a local feel to it that's hard to describe but it's nice. The bar top overlooks the pizza oven as well as a chalk board with drink specials on it. There's also a private dining area you can reserve for special events! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I would happily go back. They also have lunch deals M-F so if you don't want a large serving, that could be the move for you."
