The Egg blew me away this morning. I usually get the same thing every time, but I decided to venture out and get the bacon and avocado scramble. I am so glad I did. The flavor was just incredible! Everything was cooked really nicely and the presentation was really cool Visualizza piatti

Visited for the first time on our long weekend in Steamboat and ended up going back there for brunch before we left. We had the variety on the menu from the Garden Frittata, to the Sleeping Giant Burrito, to the Apple Cinnamon Pancake, we loved everything we tried. The staff was friendly and service was quick. They do get busy, so make sure you leave enough time to wait for a table.

Typical breakfast veggie options. I ordered the veggie benedict and my eggs were over cooked. The main reason I order Benedicts is for the runny yolk and this place has egg in it's name.... Pretty disappointed but the saving grace was the tres leches cake and the fact that the food still had really good flavor and great portions. The burrito was insanely huge. Worth the price but like c'mon.... If you can't poach an egg I can't eat at your establishment.

Very nice place for breakfast! Menu (online too) is divided into sections, with many variations on omelets, frigates, burritos, etc. There is also a section of food from Venezuela, where the owners are from too. Breakfasts come with a choice of potato, fruit, or greens (a garden salad that as a person with diabetes I appreciate for fewer carbs first thing in the morning). Attractive dining area, an outdoor patio, a fireplace, and a separate area that groups could use. The Parisien Benedict description in the menu sounded wonderful to me, but it was even better than I imagined.
