"my wife and I enjoyed a nice meal here at our first visit. this restaurant feels like en croute in nichols hills. the furniture and decoration are similar, and the focus is finer cheese and charcoal is also present. we tried several small teller and a large plate, including the vaccination, roasted cauliflower, truffled friars, candied pfanden, cacio e pepe, speck wrapped datungen, boobs sprudel with spanish chorizo, and roast chicken legs the vaccinations were homemade broth and buttercracks; they mate well with the fried chicken legs. the chicken legs themselves were served as four pieces (two per leg). the coating was well seasoned and they were...read more"

I think The Pritchard is well on it's way to becoming a five star restaurant but is not there yet.

quite a menu to start, but briefly on servers that understand the menu, taste or cocktails, so they better know their charcuterie, devout, spirituosen and vino. eating was great and good inexpensive but please teach their employees something or two about what they serve. parking is always close in the plaza. looking for a lot of space in the lyrical theaters westlot at the nw corner indiana and 16. this place is worth a try and should only be better, as you personal get a grip on dinge. Quite a menu to start at open but short on servers that understand the menu, tastes or cocktails so you better know your charcuterie, fromage, spirits and vino. The food was great and well priced but please please do teach your staff a thing or two about what they're serving. Parking is always tight in the Plaza. Look for lots of space in the Lyric Theatres West lot on the NW corner of Indiana and 16th. This place is worth a try and should only get better as their staff gets a handle on things.

last Sunday herr wonderful and I meandered over the ever-growing and popular plaza district to one of their newly opened restaurants the pritchard wine bar, whose name gives a nod to the prestigious pritchard hill region of napa, California. partner aiimee ahpeatone, steve mason and jolyn bauer cooperated with this effort in the previous room in the possession of urban wine works to bring a bright airy place to be a hit with friends for a drink and some teller in an elegant and causal atmosphere that is sure to be a hit.

"We ate here during the Paseo Arts Festival. We initially tried to make a reservation using Open Table, but someone from the restaurant called me a few days later to inform me that Picasso Cafe was not taking reservations during the Arts Festival. We arrived at 12:15 pm and put in our names. Our party was called just before 1:00 pm. Fortunately, we had the Arts Festival to keep us busy while we waited. I ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich. It sounded good in the menu description -- seared chicken breast, avocado slices, swiss cheese, bacon, and bourbon honey mustard. However, I ordered it without the cheese because I have been to too many places where they do not know how to melt cheese on grilled sandwiches and I don't want to be a picky customer on my second visit to a restaurant. Anyway, it was difficult to hold the sandwich together. I ended up taking the avocado slices off of it so that there was enough friction for me to hold it together and eat it. The seared chicken breast was the best part, closely followed by complimentary lettuce and tomato (crisp and cold) and the honey mustard (good mix of sweet and tangy). I ordered the napa cabbage slaw for my side dish. It was served with a light dressing so that the cabbage stood out. This is not a slaw for people who prefer not to taste the cabbage. I would like to come back and try some more things. However, if I have the chicken sandwich again, I am going to leave out both the swiss cheese and the avocado. I would also like to see if they have a wheat bun because that would pair better with this mix of flavors and textures."
