"Ate here last night and had a terrific meal. I don't get the negative reviews for this place unless it just had growing pains in the beginning. Service was super friendly and attentive. I had one of the best margaritas I have ever had--not too sweet and made with fresh lime juice (and big). The cornmeal-fried calimari was delicious with added various peppers and tomatoes also fried in cornmeal. The fish tacos were a hearty portion and amazing with some kind of sauce or salsa that was memorable. My husband enjoyed the the artichokes and a fish and chips special. Atmosphere is casual and friendly. Added bonus was that the prices are very reasonable. I spent double at Nick and Toni's last week for a very mediocre meal. I hope this restaurant sticks around because it is going to become our next go to."

Good food in a very pleasant atmosphere. Service was good and friendly, but a bit untrained.

Super happy this place seems to be on track. From host to server, staff was great. Food was quite good. Wish the Town of EH would get over themselves and allow outdoor seating again... Visualizza piatti

We had to wait almost 10 minutes to even be approached about seating. While the servers were nice the service was terrible appetizers came at the same time as entrees. Wine list completely overpriced. Salads weren't bad. Fish tacos were awful.

Just terrible. Should be zero stars. Never wrote a review before but had to for this place. Uninformed staff. No manager in sight. Hot, dirty and bad food (undercooked chicken). Doesn't even seem like they are trying which is odd for a new place. They will never make it. Stay away.

squeak clam now has a new chef and a new menu. Menu is more pub than before, and he new chef is definitiw talented. we had a special st. louis ripening that were excellent, possibly the best we had in a time. the appetizers of salat and evaporate were very good, as their burger. nice to have a cheap alternative to all expensive restaurants in the environment.

Portions were TINY!!! 8 steamers in an order. Seriously, we counted! Ordered that and artichoke for 3. Tasty but way too skimpy. We actually told the waiter we were starving. You would think he would have said order more. The special blackened mahi mahi was also teeny tiny (smaller than my small iPhone) and COMPLETELY tasteless. Waiter’s answer was to bring us hot sauce. Did I mention for this poorly seasoned food and tiny portions it was really expensive. Needless to say, not even giving it a second chance

"Well here I am back at it again. And BayBee this spot did not disappoint. First let say thank you to Roxanne who was our server and she was attentive and very helpful when we asked for suggestions. Big Ups to cooks on the Cooking Staff for serving fresh delicious veggies. Almost like it was farm to table. Ok so let's get into about the spot in detail. We ordered cocktails (Oaxaca Old Fashioned and Smoke and Mirrors). One word . Yea yea I know who goes to a Fusion Mexican Spot and orders an Old Fashion (this guy). Never been a big Margarita person. But I do like Tequila all day everyday. They have a hella variety. Apps we ordered was Queso and chips and Chicharrones. One word........Flavortown. And for Entrees wifey order the Special (Steak chimichanga) and I had the Taco Dinner plate. Now this is where this gets weird.......Beef Brisket and Fried Chicken Tacos. Mannnnnnnnnn they were . Beef Brisket was so damn moist and flavorful. I could've bathed in the marinade and/or seasoning they made for it. And the Fired Chicken Tacos were on Hit. Not salty and with the lime and shredded Cabbage Slaw added to the freshnessness (yes that is a word). So you may ask why the four stars instead of five. If you read my reviews they are more for personal preference vice the establishment itself. Cons: The spot is tucked off on a corner and could miss it if you don't pay attention. Second I am NOT a Tajin fan at all. Most of the food menu requires it. So make sure you ask for no Tajin if you are like me. And Parking is hit or miss. Didn't see a parking lot or parking spaces beside the street. Pros: damn good Cocktail Menu. Food is damn azz good. Wouldn't even know they existed if it wasn't for Stormy Blue (S/O @_StormyBlue) on IG. I REFUSED TO EAT MEXICAN ANYTHING IN VA being a Cali Dude. I have food my Mexican Food Spot away from the Crib. I will be back on a pay day."
