"The food was good. It had a very southern flavor palette, and the meatloaf was unexpectedly delicious. The glaze they put on it was very tasy. The fried chicken was good but could use a little less oil when you bite into the crust. Everything else was tasty. We had prompt service, and our server was very kind, helpful, respectful, and offered great food choices. We would definitely go back, and I'd recommend the meatloaf to anyone. It was also a very charming place with an old southern feel."

What an awesome experience. The food was amazing, the staff was helpful, friendly and prompt dinning room was beautiful. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Get the collard green soup! It’s delicious.

The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and it had a wonderful southern charm—especially those biscuits! OMG, I discovered how to make them and I'm going to try recreating them at home; they only require three ingredients! The specialty cocktail was delicious too!

Standing directly in front of the Hostess desk after being asked to wait so I could be put on the wait list, a group walks in behind me and they immediately get put on the wait list while I’m still waiting for the hostess to get off the phone. The server who then put them on waitlist wanders off immediately and i’m stuck still waiting to be put on the list. Made it an extremely easy choice to walk out.

Excellent restaurant! We discovered this gem several years ago on a road trip to Florida. It is now saved as a favorite in maps and we stop here for a meal whenever we are driving down I-75. The food is delicious (always and we’ve always had great service as well. This restaurant is worth the stop! (And so much better than fast food or chain restaurant food!! . Thank you for running such a wonderful establishment! We look forward to our next roadtrip south again so we can stop here.
