"Last night, I ordered the vegan gluten-free pasta from the menu, but first they told me they didn’t have it. Then a server brought me mac and cheese, insisting it was the Arrabiata. I could tell it was a very cheesy and dairy-heavy dish. After some back and forth, he finally checked and brought me the correct dish. To top it off, we received someone else’s bill for $134 that included wine, even though we had only ordered a salad, the pasta, a lemonade, and a cranberry juice. The waiter was very nice and apologetic, but I still haven’t received a refund. I do like the venue, though."

Sound system was pretty fuzzy at times. If that can sharpen, the place is fantastic for seeing live music.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the food. Would love more options with no carbs (e.g. cauliflower not deep fried with tempura crust). Prices are reasonable. Cocktails were made with a nice selection of spirits.

We absolutely love Venice West! We've visited several times and the experience never disappoints. The food is fantastic, and the service is exceptional—special thanks to our server, Zach. The lively atmosphere, accompanied by great music played between bands, adds to the overall experience. Plus, the venue has excellent acoustics for live music! We can't wait to return soon.

OK, remember that this is a music hall, similar to the Troubadour. Large area in front of a stage where people stand during live music shows. A nice bar at the rear. And then some tables to the side and at the back that can be reserved for dinner, just before or during the show. So how is the food? Well, I wouldn't go there just for dinner. But if I wanted to see the band that was playing that night, having dinner here would be a reasonable choice
