"We spent a significant amount of money on our order, but unfortunately, only one item was correct. I ordered an avocado salad to go with my chimichanga, but it was missing. My son requested the nachos supreme, and instead received two small beef enchiladas. My husband ordered the enchiladas supreme and received what he wanted. I understand that we placed our delivery order 45 minutes before El Vacaros was set to close, but that does not justify receiving anything less than what we paid for! When we dine in, they never place the cheese sauce on the side, despite my repeated requests. And for delivery, we didn’t even receive half of what we ordered. Because of these issues, I am not inclined to return to El Vacaros."

"We drove home from a week's holiday and my husband wanted to try son of Thurman. It was about a 20-minute waiting period that was good until they told us we had to wait outside in the icy cold with snow mix and our 1 year old daughter. It was because of Kovid and I subordinated that to some extent, but no one wore masks in this entire restaurant and there was a family there waiting for place. So we went outside and I looked over the street and saw this really cute Burgerplatz, which was the Hamburg guest house. I called by to see if they had an open seating, not to realize that it is all the mating seats and asked The young man when they let people wait outside. His answer was Oh Deity no. I said we're on the road we're on the way forward. As soon as we went to the young man who was new and set us up so fast. Had this very cool chair attached to the counter. He was so incredibly friendly and gave us the BEST service! The staff was as friendly and I loved how you could see how you make your food right in front of you. Our food was delicious and our little one loved her cheeseburger. The atmosphere was great. ,I'm glad the other place told us that we had to wait outside because if they didn't, we didn't have to experience this little jewel of a restaurant. If you are going through or living in this area and have not been, I highly recommend this place. We will be sure again!!!!"

"The food had fantastic flavor and was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Chicken Enchiladas Verdes arrived hot and tasted amazing, and I really appreciated the packaging; the round aluminum containers with paper lids are far better than the usual sectioned styrofoam ones. Even though I didn't order salsa and chips, they included a serving, which was a nice surprise. Everything was fresh, crisp, and delicious, and the churros were absolutely divine. I can't wait to order again; I'm so glad Mi Cerrito is available on DoorDash! I just wish there was a way to tip the restaurant in addition to my driver."

"This is a small place, but it is very cozy. I really enjoy the pork tacos, they're delicious! You can always have a good time here even with people you don't even know. Staff as well as patrons and new visitors are welcoming and friendly. Place has always been clean, good food, and great staff. There is parking everywhere in downtown, on the street as well as public parking out back. The above review was from a year ago this is from today 10/07/2020... I just love going to this place, they never disappoint us. We sat outside, it was a beautiful evening to do this. I had the taco salad with steak, it was delicious. The steak was tasty and tender and there was plenty of salad to go around. He had the meatloaf with corn on the cobb...guys, that corn was great!!"

"This place has no phone to take take-out orders. I arrived at my hotel wanting to order from a local business. After attempting to call twice and getting a voicemail that in no way explained the fact that they don 't take phone orders, I walked in and was told We don 't have a phone. I have an argument for any rebuttal to this being a major fail in customer service. Notably: 1) If you 're understaffed; pay more and you won 't be. 2) If you get a lot of orders where no one shows to pick up the food; have customers pay upfront and (in situations where that doesn 't work) hand out the food to regulars for free in order to foster customer word-of-mouth praise. 3) If you just don 't want to deal with the influx in the type of customers that order take-out and door dashers; your inconsiderate and don 't deserve to own a downtown service-based business. It 's 2023. Your job as a food-service-based business is to make convenience a top priority. Any amount of making a business have a feel of exclusivity is an outmoded, egotistical, and anti-progress in the realm of customer service. Get better."
