Always great pizza. Obviously short-staffed at this time. Phone rings busy 50% of the time on the weekends.Always good advice to order early.

I was excited to try the pizza fries today, but was disappointed to find out there is no option for dine-in eating. The Google page needs to be updated to reflect this change. If this is all due to Covid reasons, I think it's time to open back up and stop being so strict. This experience was at the 161 location.

it is a great pizza. thin, bubble, cracker crust pizza. nothing special here, but it is good enough to recommend. unfortunately I forgot my rest at a friend house, I went back the next day and asked if there was anything left. You know, it's rare that a restaurant can have consistently excellent subs and pizza FOR 50 YEARS !I became a loyal customer while attending OSU in 1972. The Lane/Neil Ave store was my lunch go to every Friday. If it was too busy, I went a little further west west campus) to Lane near Northstar.Now, I frequent the Dublin store. Same quality, same signature taste.

wow! that's the best pizza I've ever had! I am in the city to visit family, I live in massachusetts and I know good pizza and tommy’s is by far some of the best hands down! the crust is as if I had never done it before. amazing, tasty and I would have it in a heartbeat. also loaded with delicious toppings! I would recommend to everyone to try it! thank you, tommys!

Ordered a regular Italian sub and a small pizza with bacon and green peppers...arrived with no bacon on the pizza and the sub was missing cheese, tomatoes and banana peppers. Since new management took over, the orders are always wrong and the overall quality has plummeted. Stay away from the Dublin location! It may be out of the way but the W Lane Ave location is THE BEST and consistently fantastic! Visualizza piatti

JUST NOT good pizza. Of myself, my wife, and our 3 kids, nobody enjoyed it. I can only describe it as eating a skimpy amount of sauce and cheese on a burnt cracker. We love going out of town and ordering pizza from new places. Sometimes we find amazing pizza joints that differ from the regular big chains. This was NOT one of them. If you want a pizza in Dublin, gi elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody...

I loved tommys pizza on hamilton rd and even love that on campus, but this tommy is a disappointment. the customer service is simply not there and the prices are high. the pizza quality was uneven, but the taste overall remained the same. they closed their dining room and it was not open when I last visited. I hope they read reviews about fb, pizza knowr group and take the advice as positiw and make some changes. could be such a great place with little improvements.

The pizza was large, but the customer service experience was terrible. We ordered two pizzas for delivery and only received one. Additionally, someone else's order was included in our delivery. The branch manager blamed the mistake on a new employee in training and did not take responsibility for the error. After we contacted Doordash for a refund and waited 45 minutes for a re-delivery, we decided to find another option elsewhere. This was not the experience we were hoping for while trying to host guests. An apology and a correction would have been appreciated.
