Wow! This place has absolutely incredible food, cocktails, wines, and exceptional service. It’s no surprise that it’s a well-kept secret among the locals! Oops! Now the secret's out.

I had an amazing experience with the chef's tasting menu last night. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Santurce, Puerto Rico, come here to enjoy the food. A big thank you to the staff and everyone involved for creating such a magical experience!

I absolutely loved it! I recommend making a reservation. The bar service is excellent, and they have some wonderful house cocktails. The food is fantastic, from the complimentary bread to the Almojábanas and the Tom Ka bacalao. Everything was just outstanding! Visualizza piatti

Insanely good food and excellent service! Chef Stephen whipped up some delectable dishes for a very picky group. We had a vegetarian, Non dairy gluten free and a non dairy diner and we all left very satisfied. I will remember this meal so far from home for a very long time you get 5 hearts too!!

They were wonderful. Server to please. The food was spot on. The cocktails are tasty. The food invites you to enjoy each dish. Dessert wow... The owners and chef were awesome. They went out of their way to greets us. The waitresses knew everything on the menu and it was helpful for us to choose our food and drinks. I will be back.

One million out of ten! Every part of this dining experience was incredible. The flavors and combinations of the food are magnificent. The Buffalo in the soft shell crab was so spot on and unique. We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We tried the carrots, crispy pork belly, burrata, churros, and ice cream, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch. The chef previously worked at the renowned Blue Hill in New York, and the staff mentioned that the tomatoes in the burrata are unique to that restaurant—you can't find them anywhere else! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely return. It was simply delightful!

We had a wonderful experience, especially since it was Valentine’s Day! We ordered the eggplant and the beef duo, and both were amazing in terms of flavor and portion size. The short rib was unforgettable. We also enjoyed the bread — I know it sounds trivial, but it was delicious, especially with the salted butter that came with it. If I had one complaint, it would be about the acoustics; the noise and echo could be improved. Given the minimalist decor, this was somewhat expected (but if you’re looking to address it, feel free to reach out! We can help!). Overall, it’s a fantastic spot in Puerto Rico, and we definitely need more places like this. Keep up the great work!

A fantastic addition to the San Juan food scene. Inventive, well executed dishes with friendly yet refined service. The menu is focused and offers approachable dishes that are different than anything else on island. Thoughtful pricing allows for Vianda to be a regular neighborhood spot vs just a special occasion experience. The dining room is comfortable and the bar and wine service were extremely professional. The wine list carries some very good options, again that vary from the rest of the mainstream expensive options in PR.
