Standard Wendy's. Kiosk ordering. Not crowded when I was there on a Saturday lunch time.

The order was ready for pickup but the lady at the counter was kind of rude/sarcastic. Why frown at new customers?

I frequently visit this place after work. The staff is generally friendly, but the quality of the food can be inconsistent. I tried ordering through the app once, but they messed up my order, so I won’t be doing that again.

Fast food franchises offer the same foods but differ in execution (and at times the produce) by location. This Wendy's is solid, occasional errors in the order but quick to correct.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Accomodating of kids

The woman at the counter was quite rude and unpleasant. The chili was very diluted, probably to extend its supply. It tasted more like water than chili. If you visit the Wendy's on Route 33, you'll find that their chili actually tastes and looks like chili—definitely not a watery soup. Visualizza piatti

Let's be honest, you're not going to Wendy's for a family restaurant experience or date night. You're pulling up to the drive through for some spicy nugs, knowing that the person taking your order is going to sound miserable because they are underpaid and deal with 1,000 Karen's a day. Wendy's fast food is the best fast food option there is, in my opinion, and their frosty machine always works so what else could you ask for?

Angela in drive thru at store #00008022 is rude and yelled at me yesterday and cussed at me. All I asked for was barbecue sauce she ignored me 3 times prior and I had asked again she yelled. Was very rude Please try to stay away from this restaurant no type of respect at this location I’ve seen her do this twice to other people as well as I go here 3 times during lunch also throughout the week but now I won’t go here no more.

As a customer, my experience at this location feels quite rushed. The employees here speak very quickly, especially when taking orders. When you get to the payment window, the urgency increases even more. If you request items like sauces, they seem reluctant to help and just hurry you along. The staff at this Princeton location is way too fast-paced, which leaves customers feeling rushed.
