"This was the worst food that I have ever had.. I had grown up eating White Tower years ago. I returned home to Toledo after living gout of out and was excited to try a Butter Burger and enjoy some nostalgia to be utterly disappointed. White Tower was a big deal and for many years and what I found was a truly sad shell of what was a neighborhood and city diner. I went in to pick up my order and the inside was disgusting and dirty. The building was never pristine, but this was horrible. The staff was nice but when I got my food home my $12 butter burger platter and drink felt like I had been robbed. There were literally 10 fries and they were soggy dripping in grease and not even fully cooked. I couldn’t eat them. I fed them to my dog. The burger was horrible with almost no condiments and nothing that I asked for. The cole slaw was dry and disgusting and my drink was in a tiny cup. A fond memory growing up with my mother going to eat there was obliterated. I didn’t finish my burger that was also soggy and gave it to the dog. The young girl who worked there told me that she had been there for two weeks and customers tell her the place has been there forever and I told her that I am 58 and went there as a child. I had hoped for a pleasant experience but was very sad and upset that I would have had a better meal from McDonalds and it would have cost less. I have no idea how it has survived. I looked at the menu and they are trying to make it look upscale but it’s broken down and sad. The very worst meal of my life"

Closed when I arrived 1/10/22 and it’s supposed to be open 24 hours. 10:00 am everything was shut down without any explanation.

The food was cold and we waited over an hour to get the food and they only had about 8 customers. The mushrooms was over cooked. The fries are soggy.

The out side was very dark. The food was ok. I didn't get the ranch on my chicken wrap. Need some renovations. Needs to be more welcoming. And there were no inside dinning.

I went to go to this restaurant and it was at 830 am to a locked door and I walked to it to be disappointed by them being closed with a sighn that said they would be open at 7:30 am

Best cook. Worst waitress. Take your chances, the old bad expects something for nothing, don't let it ruin your day. Give her 10% and move on. It's more than she deserves, should be grateful
