"The flavors of the marinades elevate the average cuts of meat to a whole new level. A tip is to start with the unmarinated items and save the strong veggies for later. Pair the marinated meats with beer and finish off with something sweet to balance out the flavors. Take your time between rounds of food to fully enjoy the experience. My partner and I were satisfied with 3 full grills of food, as we came in hungry. The service has improved, with the restaurant staff willing to assist with grilling or any other needs. This is a place where I always feel welcome and can enjoy a meal with my family."

First experience wasn't bad it was cool. Need to get it together with the sauces. You can't have a busy restaurant full of customers and when there's no more sauce your being told we don'thave no more. There should always be refills, popular as y'all are that's no good.

I really wanted to love this place but like others have mentioned that they are not customer service. there were several things we ordered that the waiter forgot us. we waited for it and when he no longer returned to our table, we began to hand it over where the rest of our food was. at this point we just wanted to go. so much for unlimited.

We had a great Thanksgiving meal at this restaurant with my friends! The spicy broth and Chinese herbal broth were delicious and had a consistent flavor throughout the meal. The quality of all the items we tried was top-notch. The service was impeccable, with the servers quickly clearing dirty plates and refilling our water without us even having to ask. If I lived in NYC, I would definitely make this restaurant my go-to spot for celebrating birthdays! View menu

My fiancé and I absolutely adore this restaurant. It's where we had our first date and we keep coming back, even though we've tried other hotpot places. We always end up back here, as you really can't beat the all-you-can-eat hotpot for $26, especially with the bonus of free ice cream and a free meal on your birthday! The ingredients are consistently fresh, the staff (hi Kenny!) are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is top-notch and incredibly fast. The sauces are also delicious. We highly recommend this spot - it's the best deal you can find in Brooklyn by far!

Poor ventilation, mediocre hot pot and bbq. There are far better bbq and hotpot places in this neighborhood. The food isn't bad, but it's not great either. They're pretty limited as far as meats go in hotpot. The worst thing about this place is the ventilation. The smoke is so bad it actually irritated my sinuses so bad it lead to an ear infection. On top of that, they don't take your coats to put in plastic bags like other BBQ places. So everything you own will reek of smoke for days after your visit. The food itself is about 3.5 stars. Staff is 5 star. Facilities are 1 star.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
