"I love eating here! Coe is known for her big catfish and I have met people from other states who actually stop there on the way wherever they go, but are not afraid to taste their ribeye steak, grilled chicken salad and their Cole Slav! Coes Schwieger was the only replacement that was accepted when my older family members did not really make their own! And the service??? On Earth, Johnny on site and gracious! Proud to eat this place in Russell County!"

"I had my meal here after going wedding dress shopping for my aunt. My meal was a total of 20 dollars. I then looked on my bank account and saw that they took out a total of 48 dollars. I called the business and they said it would be fixed once closed. Well this morning I woke up and they didn’t fix the 48 dollars they just took another 20 dollars out. So now they have another 20 out of the mistake they made. Please be careful when paying with card at this place. Now I’m 48 dollars less out of my 20 dollar meal. "I dont usually review things like this but after so many times, I felt the need to. This is simply the WORST Wendys I have personally ever been to. Every single visit, they forget something, it 's sad. The service while taking your order is extremely unfriendly and they act like you 're bothering them/barely say anything to you. They forget your sauce every single time. Today they decided to make me wait at the window as I watched the crew mope around and roll their eyes and then repeatedly ask me if I was the online order even after telling them multiple times I just had a $5 bag, a very common and simple order and it wasnt a mobile one. Then they loudly complained about people who do the mobile orders because it 's too confusing. A girl finally came to the window and snatched a bag of food off the counter and handed it to me and said thanks and left. I pulled forward knowing they probably forgot something and of course, this time they forget the burger...the main thing in the meal. I went in after already waiting for 10 minutes just for a simple order and again barely got anyone to help me. They again asked if I was the mobile order, I said no was at the window and you forgot my burger, they said okay. I waited a few minutes and then asked again, can I please just have my burger? They said just a regular one? I said well its a plain double stack. Finally I got it, went to my car, got back to work, opened it and OF COURSE, its a hamburger with ketchup and mustard drenched all over the patty. Honestly, it 's just sad at this point. I 've never seen a restaurant get an order wrong/forget items this consistently and also show absolutely zero service skills or friendliness at the same time. I will never go back, even when the lines at the other restaurants in Russell Springs are crazy long."

"We had an incident happen Saturday night. I came in and talked to the manager today who is in the process of trying to get it figured out. I appreciate him taking the time to listen and look into this situation. I will not mention what happened unless it’s ignored, simply because it involved ONE employee, possibly 2. If nothing is done by the end of the week, corporate will be informed and this will have KSP involved. All I will say is watch the person who swipes your card when paying for your meal. Edit: It’s been a week now and nothing has been done. So here we go. Last Saturday my family and I went in to eat at Russell springs huddle house. Once we were done eating, we got the bill, I handed my waitress a $500 gift card to pay with. After 5 mins my waitress comes back and ask me how much is on my card. Odd right? Because whose business is that? So she goes back to the front, never said my card was declining or anything, just asked how much was on it. So about a minute or 2 later, I knew something was off because it was taking the girl who was swiping my card (who was different than my waitress), forever! So I walk to the front and this woman has MY gift card and HER personal cell phone typing my card numbers into her phone! So I told her to give me my card that I would call it and see what the issue was after she told me that “it kept declining”. She informed me that she already called my card. DO WHAT? You used your personal cell phone to call a customers gift card?? So she continues until I finally announce that I don’t like my personal information being on someone’s personal phone. She hands me my card and tells me I can call it now. So I call my card and verify the amount on it, which was $500. I knew the card wasn’t declining, like she stated. My husband ends up paying for the bill and we leave, we go to the gas station and get gas with the exact same card and it worked perfectly. No issue. The very next morning I wake up and call my card, just to find out that my card has been wiped clean, all except for .12 cents and was used at target.com and call of duty online. Also, there was no “declined transactions” from the huddle house at all. Odd right, since she kept saying it was declining I take my proof into huddle house, cameras were pulled and the manager seen her with her personal phone and my card for a solid 8 mins. I work my butt off every single day for my money, I have 4 children that are my responsibility to support, and this woman chose to STEAL $500 of MY money. Absolutely not. I will be going to the correct authorities today to get this resolved."
