Agave Tequila - Menu

I think the place should stink to serving tequila, I hate to be that person but this was an awful experience

Staff did not know what was going on with new menu changes, we were not able to order what we wanted on the menu because the restaurant came up with a new menu but didn't have a print out of it. View menu

The top shelf margaritas did not taste good at all, I couldn't taste tequila or Grand Marnier, only whiskey. The food was only OK and the service was very slow and sloppy (AND they added gratuity because we had six in our group). Very disappointing.

eating and drinks were great and the price was right. I had a lot of tacos and all were delicious. we will definitely go back! the place was something on the loud side. it could have been just where we sat and because it was busy, but I think it could use a sound treatment there. that would not be enough to stop me from doing so.

Disclaimer:I went during restaurant week so high influx of customers could have influenced my review. Staff was highly disorganized.They came to take my order like tree times but took forever to bring my order over. Food was alright nothing to go crazy about. pretty standard taco and they served way to little shrimps in the taco for the price. Conclusion, I would not come back to this place after this. the salsa, which was equipped with the chips, tasted like a pure tomato sauce. it had no taste/character at all. to have good salsa is a basic thing that should get a Mexican restaurant right, period. (yes, there was a sortiment of hot sauces on the table that the chips somewhat bearable, but not cutting) the service was very slow. both in terms of order and delivery of food. it took about 45 minutes until our order was actually taken and then another 40 or so minutes for eating out. for the lunchtime with not too many tables this was surprising and unacceptable. I have given agave numerous details to impress me and after my latest experience I think I am not disturbing with any more. the quality of service and eating has gone drastically since the first time that I came here in 2018. this last visit from waitress has not written any special requests (spicky stuff on side) and safe enough the kitchen could not follow and she has not delivered it. the Queso dip was not as described in the menu. came with pico and was not the best lukewarm. the chimichangas also did not come as described and lacked the pico and guacamole. nothing special was clearly wrong, but they would expect more on the main road in ann arbor. the service was terrible. our waitress...

I've been to Sabor Latino and have always had great food a enjoyable dining experience. However, today our group of (9) had the worst dining experience ever!! Our server took (10) minutes to bring our water, stood at one end of the table shouted to the other end to take orders, told us to hand out the plates to each other, brought out 1-1/2 baskets of chips and (1) small salsa. After that, we kept asking for more salsa and water (never did get it). We were never offered any more water, our appetizers took forever. Finally we asked to speak with the manager and he said he'd discount our food. Finally after 50 minutes, we received our food and some more chips and salsa and a pitcher of water.... View menu
