The prices are a bit high; I pay $5 less at other places. Overall, the food is fresh and quite good.

I really appreciate that they offer unique specialty fish options beyond the usual salmon and tuna. For example, their Tuna Luau features a delicious mix of avocado and onions. Additionally, their Unagi Musubi is always a must-try. Food: 5/5

This was my first time here and there was somebody's hair in my order, my order was missing a bunch of sides I requested and the amount of food is small considering the price little meat, veggies and way too much soggy rice. Very disappointed

It's PRETTY GOOD BUT... the portions are small for the price they charge. Hella overpriced. When they add the toppings, they put so little, that I have to ask if they could put some more. Paid $15 for rice in a bowl. Selection of sides is small. The girl that helped me was rude, made it obvious she didn’t want to help me. I asked for spicy mayo on the side because sometimes it’s too spicy for me, they put it in a small container and the small container was maybe 1/4 full. Never again, I will stick to PokeHana even though it’s further.

The service at this restaurant is consistently quick, and the cleanliness is impressive. The food is tasty, although I found the protein portions to be quite small. I visit frequently, but I only recently sampled their Thai tea. It was okay, but it's evident that it's not their specialty—it was quite sweet. They do provide vegetarian options as well. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Having an assistant or main manager present always enhances the customer service experience. It is crucial for a business to have someone overseeing the operation to ensure success. Without adequately trained workers, a business may struggle to provide top-notch service. However, Chop Stop excels in this area. I recently visited Ahipoke but was disappointed by the dirty countertops and poor customer service by an employee which led me to choose Chop Stop for dinner instead. The Ahipoke worker seemed agitated when asked for clarification about the meal options, prompting me to cancel my order and go to Chop Stop instead.
