"I was really impressed with the service I received at the drive-thru yesterday, particularly from the young man who took my order. Even in the scorching Texas heat, he went above and beyond, which I truly appreciated. I had my app ready on my phone but forgot to show it to him. He noticed and kindly asked if I wanted to use it! After a long, exhausting day, simple gestures like that really make a difference, especially when you're just trying to grab a bite for the kids. I wish I had caught his name to give him a proper shout-out, but I was just too tired to remember. The only downside was that the Hi C machine seemed a bit watered down, which seems to be a common issue at many restaurants these days. However, the food was spot on, and that small act of kindness really made my day. I don't live in Red Oak, so it was a pleasant surprise to receive such great service while passing through."

"The food was edible, but it’s not as good as it used to be. I found it strange that there were no customers on a Saturday at 12:30 PM. The young woman at the register wasn't very helpful when I had questions about the menu, and I could barely hear her when she spoke. There were no lemons or limes at the soda and utensil station, so I asked her if they had any. She then went to a cabinet behind the register, pulled out a lime with her bare hands after handling money, and didn’t wash her hands or use any gloves. I decided to throw it away after explaining why, but she didn't offer an apology or provide a lime handled properly. My meal lacked flavor; a lime would have made a difference. The cilantro lime rice had no lime taste, and the potatoes were cold and dry. As for the veggie tacos, they were mostly black beans instead of the mix of vegetables I remember from the past. The salsa and chips were good, but overall, I likely won’t come back due to the lack of service and flavor."

"Food is good bar food. The karaoke on Wednesday night is a dj more into mixing recorded music than getting people up to sing. Rotation is controlled by some woman at the bar he knows who sings more than other customers waiting for a turn. He started his dj music mixing while trying to adjust sound at 9pm then his woman friend sang 2songs. Then he went back to mixing recorded music. At 935pm he let another sing. Then a mixed songs in between. We left after waiting an hour with about 10 singers ahead of us, still waiting for their first turn. Used to kjs in Dallas who run a more professional controlled fair Rotation show. If running a karaoke show, Customers waiting to sing came to sing not watch a dj mix amateurly."

"I wouldn't particularly recommend this restaurant, especially with a Panda Express nearby. Not to be harsh, but the rice isn't of good quality and the sesame chicken was overly sauced. The only decent thing was the sweet and sour chicken, but it's not worth almost $20 for a meal for two people."

"very disappointed by this restaurant. entered on karaoke night, a Saturday, and sat down to wait for the server. around 6:30 a.m. and about 5 minutes later a few went in, sat like us, greeted the server with a hug, and immediately was served with drinks as well as chips and queso. it seemed like there was only 1 server so we patiently waited another 10 minutes while we clean the woman 1 table and sit another couple. then the same woman came back with chips and queso for the same couple. the family next to us even shook their head in unbelievable, and the server would not make any eye contact with us and not pass by our table. at this point we felt ignored and undesirable so that we left. In addition, there was a black man waiting on one table that she had recognized and had not cleaned his table immediately, as she did for the other couple to be sitting. I hate to bring racism, but it seemed as if they buried the white couples in the restaurant. I feel like the service he did, she knew she didn't even ignore us out of twice. would not recommend based on this experience, sad."
