"We've always been fans of Andy's, but our experience today changed that. The food has always been excellent, but the atmosphere is definitely not suitable for families with young children. We dined inside with a newborn and toddlers aged 2, 3, and 4, along with some friends. While toddlers can be noisy, ours were just laughing and enjoying their pizza — they weren’t crying. To our surprise, the owner came over and asked us to "quiet down" the kids because we were too loud. It was disheartening to realize that a bit of toddler laughter was deemed excessive. Our experience made it clear that this place isn't kid-friendly if that kind of noise is a problem. We were very disappointed and felt unwelcome, and sadly, they’ve lost our business because of it."

You need to reconsider your hiring practices. It seems like many of the younger employees are not interested in putting in the effort required. Menu board prices, which are lower, DO NOT reflect ACTUAL prices, which are HIGHER. The dough for the pizza I ordered was UNDERBAKED. The guy running the place had to come from the kitchen to take my order because the 2 cashiers behind the counter were more interested with the drive through customers. I ordered an all meat pizza and the meat content was lacking. Average tasting conveyor belt pizza. I would NOT recommend this restaurant at all.
