"We had a bit of trouble finding a place for lunch and, out of sheer frustration, ended up at the Market. I'm so glad we did because the food here is fantastic! I was particularly drawn to Arepa Mia since I've always wanted to try an arepa. We ordered the Sifrina arepa along with a side of tostones, and we added some habanero sauce – wow, it was delicious! The tostones were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they tasted even better with the cilantro sauce. The arepa was similar to a gordita (if you're familiar with Mexican cuisine), stuffed with seasoned shredded chicken, cheese, avocado, and a few other delicious ingredients that I can't quite recall. I can't wait to come back!"

Love that everything is gluten free! Had the Domino empanadas with fried plantains. Everything was made fresh and it was great! The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was great.

The arepa tasted ok, it wasn't really rich in flavor but was more on the bland side. Although the portion was barely enough, the price of $9 was a bit high, also considering it didn't come with any sides.

Stumbled into this market and found a great Venezuelan place selling arepas and cachapas! My mom would be so happy if she was here in Atlanta. Very cool find. Look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Atlanta. Wishing them all the best and many years of success.

Handcrafted with love! We stumbled upon this little gem in a corner of the Sweet Auburn Curb Market and decided to try their spicy beef empanadas. They were so delightful that we couldn't resist ordering the pescado arepa, which was incredibly tasty and fresh. It was amazing to watch them make the arepas by hand, and we absolutely loved the cilantro sauce! View menu

Crafted with care! We stumbled upon this charming eatery tucked away in the Sweet Auburn Curb Market, and we began our meal with a couple of spicy beef empanadas. They were absolutely delightful, so we went ahead and ordered the pescado arepa, which was incredibly tasty and fresh. It was a treat to watch the arepas being made by hand, and we particularly enjoyed the cilantro sauce!

Arepa Mia has an amazing selection of Venezuelan arepas and enpanadas. I tried 3 of the menu points and they were ALL delicious. I was met by a young lady with a smile and a great conversation about the food. She could tell me about the different Arepas and what vegetarian options were. I tried two of her drinks. It was very special and I enjoyed my visit. The Venezuelan cheese has to!

We discovered this hidden gem by chance. It's situated in a marketplace alongside other restaurants, and we visited right after our tour at the World of Coca-Cola. The cashier provided outstanding service and was incredibly helpful. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. My daughter had the tostones and the arepa with Pernil, while I opted for the shredded beef arepa. It was simply mouthwatering! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a unique dining experience in Atlanta. View menu

We accidentally discovered this little gem, which is situated in a marketplace alongside other restaurants. We visited after taking a tour of the World of Coca-Cola. The cashier was very helpful and provided outstanding customer service. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered the Tostones and the Arepa with Pernil, while I had the shredded beef tartare—so incredibly tasty! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a unique dining experience in Atlanta.

After a bit of searching, we finally found a great spot for lunch at the market, and I'm so glad we did! Arepa Mia really caught my attention because I’ve always wanted to try an arepa. We ordered the Sifrina arepa along with a side of tostones. We decided to add some Habanero sauce, and wow—what a flavor burst! The tostones were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and when paired with the cilantro sauce, they were even better. The arepa reminded me of a gordita (for those familiar with Mexican cuisine) and was filled with shredded, seasoned chicken, cheese, avocado, and a few other delicious ingredients that I can’t quite recall. I can’t wait to come back!

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."
