"Super fast place with friendly staff. The kara age was plentiful and well cooked. The sauce was not very authentic, though. It should have been served with Japanese mayonnaise, but it tasted like some kind of ranch. Was much better to avoid the sauce. The ramen was good size and had fresh toppings. The chashu pork was braised and was very tasty. The noodles were cooked to near perfection. The chicken was cooked well, but nothing special, and certainly not something that should be on authentic Japanese ramen. The broth was fake. The Spicy Miso was make with light chicken sauce, and we couldn?t taste and miso. It was also very spicy and tasted more like something from a Thai place. The ingredients were a strange, and the egg was poached instead of medium boiled. The tonkotsu ramen was very creamy, but was also made with a combination of chicken stock and premade tonkotsu stock. Again, this was not very authentic. The bokchoi was large and a little difficult to eat. It would have been better if it was the smaller variant. Most people aren?t going to be familiar with real Japanese Ramen, and may not know the difference. There are a few places it town were you can get authentic Japanese Ramen, and it tastes a lot different than the ramen served here. Taken by itself, though, this place is still tasty."

Spicy tuna nachos and chicken app were delicious. Definitely going back a few more time at least to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend

Spicy garlic edamame was good, had definitely spices, but not too much. The cattle-sukiyaki races were the star. Very good, nice broth and meat was not overdue. Fast service. Thai tea was more on the sweet side, but still good. Would come back.

This restaurant is fantastic! I typically prefer dining out, but I find myself ordering from here about once a week. It's the best poke I've had since my trip to Hawaii. The fish is top-notch and always tastes fresh, and they consistently get my order just right! Thank you! <3

The only good part of our order was the takoyaki (very tasty with soft and tender octopus) and edemame (lovely seasoning). The ramen is so flavorless we needed to lather it in hot sauce to make it palatable and the poke bowl salmon was slimey and tasted like spicy mucus, not to mention the Gyoza were so dry it was like they got left out for hours View menu

Absolutely wonderful! The traditional Japanese cuisine is incredibly delicious, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. The presentation of the dishes is excellent, and the service is top-notch. We tried three different types of ramen, duck wings, grass salad, and the spicy poke bowl was the best I've had in Denver. I will definitely be returning!

Because it is currently take out only, the restaurant itself is really unkempt right now, it's not a good sight. When I realized that the owners are Chinese (I'm Chinese), I was slightly concerned whether the ramen will be authentic cause ramen is Japanese. To my pleasant surprise, the ramen is very yummy, so are the gyoza and the edamame. I hope they clean up their shop soon, even if it's just take out only.

I paid the prices for delivery, but I didn't receive what I had ordered. The portions were disappointing considering the cost: 75% rice, 10% meat, and 15% onions. There was no sauce included. The rice was dry, and while the meat looked good, I couldn't try it because I have an allergy to onions. Perhaps the experience at the restaurant itself is better, but I would not recommend ordering from this place online. View menu

3 stars is what I give to places that are average for their type of food. This place is on the higher end of the price range for poke bowls. The bowl where it seems that you get your money's worth is the make your own since they do not limit your toppings. The other bowls are not as full like the unagi bowl I got. Mine was also really dry even after I added soy sauce and chili oil, so they need to put more sauce in. The place seemed clean and busy.

If a review says it's authentic, it's probably not a real review. Not bad by any means but not amazing either. If you haven't had authentic Ramen before, you'll like it. Broth was pretty neutral, not a lot of flavor. I got the tonkatsu, the meat was really subpar and probably the worst part of the dish. Noodles were fine. Egg was fine.If I was craving some heavy food and wanted some broth I wouldn't mind ordering it on doordash for something quick. Definitely not the kind of place I'd go in person again to eat at.Kind of overpriced for what ur getting by the way.
