"Want to be laughed at, be talked to by a condescending child and served cold food then this is the place to go. After receiving horrendous service and calling to complain about spending $22 on cold food the ?shift leader? refused to tell me their name,said ? let me take, what?s it called? Oh your name and number, and the thing?.. oh receipt number? this is beyondunprofessional, rude and absurd to think these kids want or deserve to be paid anything more then bare minimum wage. Customerservice no longer exists and this new generation coming into the workforce will absolutely bring an end to any establishmentmanaging to stay afloat in these already difficult times."

Well the service was terrible wasn't made right and had no flavor at all after 2 bites my hole table threw there food away witch was a waste of money and gave me a bad experience

This restaurant feels like a blend of A&W and KFC. I typically enjoy the KFC Classic Chicken sandwich, but sadly it was disappointing here. The chicken was tough and chewy, as if it had been cooked more than once. Having had this sandwich many times before, I know it’s usually juicy and tender. As a former cook, I suspect the chicken was cooked earlier and then reheated before serving. The coating was also excessively greasy, which supports this theory. On a positive note, the A&W Root Beer was outstanding.

If you want a place where you can be entertained by a child and served cold food, A&W is the spot for you. I had a terrible experience here—after spending $22, my food arrived cold. When I called to complain, the staff member refused to provide her name. This kind of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and absurd behavior is unacceptable. It's obvious that customer service is no longer a priority, and this new generation of employees will only contribute to the decline of businesses already struggling in these difficult times.
