This was a great restaurant but not very busy when I visited. I loved the decor throughout it was very well done. I got my staple cheese Enchiladas with beans and rice. It was delicious. I also got the fresh guacamole with cheese dip. Now that is a good meal. Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes Would I return ? Wonderful. Stopped to dine as it was close to our hotel. We ordered the molcajete boca del Cielo. It was loaded with seafood. I had the veggie quesadilla, it was huge and stuffed with sautéed spinach and other grilled vegetables. The food was absolutely amazing and the margaritas were delicious. Our waiter, Ivan, took good care of us. It was a great experience all around. Super clean including the restrooms and the manager even stopped by our table to greet us. Came here on a Friday night around 8 pm. It was like empty. A bit surprising, but also the day after Thanksgiving. I got to the bar, ordered a beer. Bartender have me a sample of their margarita. It was pretty good. I ordered a chicken dish, the pollo Sonora. Got complimentary chips and salsa. Beer was cold and great The dinner came out and it was a lot of food, but hell, I was hangry! I feasted! Used the 3 tortillas to make mini burritos right away. The rice is good, the chicken was a little spicy, but really great guajillo pepper flavor. A little sweet, but great food.
