"I absolutely LOVE this place; they have the best sandwiches—everything is fantastic! However, I was quite disappointed this morning when I bought a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich for my husband. It arrived cold and had very little bacon, egg, or cheese. This was completely not up to the usual quality I've come to expect from them. Given the current increase in food prices, I found it embarrassing to serve this to anyone. I’m feeling very let down."
