"Shame on you Bahama Bucks. It’s 1 pm on a hot Sunday and you have one employee handling a large crowd all by herself. This young lady is clearly competent, but you are compromising business while your customers are having to wait long, and some are walking away, while your employee takes orders and is also fulfilling the orders. And as fantastic a job she is doing, this is an inhumane environment for your employee. What if she needs to use the restroom? And I am sure you also have other expectations from your employee aside from attending to customers. You have just lost a few customers as we are not coming back again. I invite you to reevaluate how you care for your employes. I promise you I will share this experience on social platforms and in conversations . I also encourage other customers to speak up if you wittiness poor working conditions."

My kids absolutely love this place, but I wish it were more affordable! A single baby snow cone costs $5.

The place smelled of sewage when walking in. We ordered my daughter a snow cone and it tasted just as bad as the smell. Seems to be a cleanliness or water quality issue.

This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. The place is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere for families. It's a great spot to stop by for a refreshing treat! View menu

I was very disappointed with my order of the Oreo ice. They didn't include the cream, Oreo shavings, or the cookie on top—just some flavored ice. It was really disappointing to have such a bland and boring dessert.

The drinks here are excellent, but the customer service is extremely poor. I wouldn't even recommend ordering through the mobile app; it's actually quicker to just go to the restaurant and stand in the long line. I've had better service at the DMV!

I walked in at 10:10 PM, but the employees informed me that they were closed. Every booth had a sign stating "Booth Closed." The entrance to place an order had stacked chairs, and the music was extremely loud, making it difficult to hear the staff. According to the door and the online schedule, they should close at 10:30 PM on Sunday nights.

I ordered four mini snow cones, yet the customer who ordered after me received his two shakes before I got my order. We used to enjoy coming here for the snow cones and playing board games, but I noticed those games are no longer available for customers. If it weren't so hot outside and if the snow cones weren't so refreshing, I probably wouldn't consider returning. I’m giving it three stars because the snow cones are still good, but I agree with others that the customer service definitely needs improvement. They may be young, but a little respect and kindness go a long way.

"We began with Baked Escargot in Herbed Citrus Parmesan Butter—an exquisite dish in which the desire to savor every drop of the butter was undeniable. The Grilled Octopus with Cilantro Chimichurri was expertly spiced, leaving a lasting impression of refined flavors. The Central Caesar Salad, uniquely presented for communal sharing, was notable for its rich Anchovy Emulsion. The Cream of Green Chile Soup was a revelation; its creamy texture and depth of flavor were so captivating that they prompted a moment of culinary reflection. However, the Seared Diver Scallops, though well-executed, did not resonate as strongly with me; I had a less than favorable reception of the broccoli puree. In contrast, the Lobster Agnolotti was satisfactorily balanced and flavorful with its delicate pasta and butter-poached lobster claw submerged in a creamy lobster broth. The Honey Lavender Long Island Duck was another course that showcased the fusing of sweet and savory nuances. The undeniable highlight of the meal was the Ribeye Prime, a masterful display of flavor infusion, complemented by Chipotle Lime Butter and enhanced by the textural contrast of crispy onion strings. We concluded on a celebratory note with a Dessert Platter for my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture included an array of desserts from Petite Crème Brulée to a Mexican Chocolate Tart, each a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to a memorable dining experience. However, it is imperative to note that the ambiance was somewhat marred by the overly loud piano and live singing. While the music itself was beautifully rendered, its volume was disproportionate to the dining setting, complicating conversational flow and detracting from the overall enjoyment."
