The food is amazing, everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant is super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

First time here with the family and food was amazing even after a drive home to dig in. Call me crazy but most definitely better than Chipotle! ??‍ sorry but yeah!

Been here more times I can count during the week and always great. I was skeptical to go in today because it was a typical busy Saturday in Auburn but the 2 guys working handled it well and everything was great as always!

During a recent business trip to the Auburn area, I had the pleasure of dining at Barberitos, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful in guiding me through the menu options.

I really loved the Heavy D burrito! However, since the management change, the service just hasn't been the same. I received only one scoop of meat, when I usually get two scoops along with all the other ingredients. It felt off, and despite their assurance that everything was normal, it really wasn't. My girlfriend and I had a late lunch here. We were serviced by an outstanding young man by the name of Hudson. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. Hudson was patient with us both being that my girlfriend and I are nutrition hippies and helped us put together the best dang burrito and chicken quesadilla my girlfriend and I have ever had. It was so good that we smiled the entire way home talking about the food non stop. And Hudson being a respectful and polite person was icing on the cake. I can brag on him all day. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and should be celebrated. I wish you the best bro!

Once my burrito bowl was ready, Kaden prepared a bag of chips and handled my payment. He was equally impressive! He made sure to let me know that I could grab complimentary salsa from the salsa bar. I felt incredibly fortunate to receive such exceptional service from both of them and was eager to tip them for their outstanding efforts. When I got home and tasted my meal, I was blown away. The chips were fried to perfection, the guacamole was seasoned just right, and the spicy chicken was bursting with flavor. The salsas were the perfect finishing touch—what more could I ask for? I want to give a special shout-out to Hudson and Kaden. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond...

To be honest, we’ve eaten a considerable amount of authentic Mexican cuisine in both Southern California and Mexico. But we also understand the purpose served by Barberitos. This is fast-food “Mexican” very similar to the Moe’s franchise in a small town with hungry college kids who lack discriminating palates. It’s a step above Taco Bell and not meant to be gourmet by any stretch of the imagination. That being said, on our travel to all 50 states and 65 countries, for the money you’ll spend Barberitos is nothing shy of the worst value of any restaurant in which we’ve eaten.
