"We were a party of four and decided to share a variety of dishes, including sisig lumpia, baos, sliders, and crispy tofu. My top picks were the baos, closely followed by the sisig lumpia. To finish our meal, we ordered the ube dessert, which was a bit misleading because our waitress informed us it was actually taro. This was disappointing since ube and taro have very different flavors, and we were really looking forward to trying ube. Nevertheless, the taro ice cream was tasty, although the scoops were small and there was an overwhelming amount of other components on the plate. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, but it was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night—we were the only table seated at 8 PM."

The staff is incredibly friendly, and brunch is quite affordable. They have large tables available as well.

We had a wonderful time! It was a Filipino tapas style and one of our favorites were the short rib trifecta of mechado, kare kare and adobo. For dessert, the Taro/Ube three repeat was delicious. We'll definitely be back again!

Excellent food. Creatively authentic conjuring of familiar Filipino cuisine flavors and textures. The meal brought together the experience of coming from the Philippines, then living in Los Angeles, with eyes and senses open to the world.

Jay was incredibly warm and hospitable, checking in with each and every guest. The food was amazing--garlic noodles and the vegetarian tapas were delish, loved the hip hop music that was being played from turntables. Awesome Fil-Am fusion food from a family owned restaurant--highly recommend! View menu

I had a great experience eating in barkada. eating was amazing, especially the slider! the price was very reasonable and the service was great. we had a party of about 10 people and the server could stay with us. the ambiente was trendy and the restaurant was very clean, which are clearly plus in my books. I'll come back in the opposite.

The food here is so good! I grew up eating Filipino food and I can vouch for the food here! It's an interesting way to experience the flavors of this cuisine, as its tapas style. Filipino food can be a little greasy and fatty, but they use premiuim quality ingredients. It's a really fun vibe too, big booths. There's a stage so perhaps sometimes they have live entertainment. They're probably going to add a bar in the near future and I can't wait! Great, friendly, helpful service too! Especially if you're not familiar with the cuisine, theyre very helpful! WILL go back!
