"This place stays fairly busy so I could not wait any longer to try it out. The greeter seemed tired but pleasant. We were seated by the kitchen which was very loud with dishes getting washed and banged around. Our waiter was cordial and gave us plenty of time to decide on our order. Breakfast is served all day and the menu is a large selection. They also serve a large selection of desserts. We opted for the BLT sandwich and Chicken tenders. This was served fairly quickly. Breakfast must be the go-to item here as our order was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Thought the prices were a little high and the service was on the low side. Drinks were refilled at the end of the meal. I realize I may have caught a bad day so this will not deter an additional visit."

After an absolutely uneventful morning of cross country skiing and squatch hunting, I was beefed. That is until I came to Black Bear Diner. Ask for WadeI had probably the best experience at any sit down restaurant tonight, Wade was so kind, attentive, and polite. He made sure we had everything we needed the entire time without hovering over us, and did it with an aura of genuineness and efficiency.We usually go to MWC, but I'd say the drive is well worth getting him as our server again.
