"I was unable to place my order on the app. So, I called to see if the order went through, and Stephanie told me it had not and took my order over the phone. I sent a friend to pick it up curbside for he, myself, and my family. Unfortunately, Stephanie didn 't hear me say Family meal and we ended up with one dinner-perfectly cooked-but not enough for all the people. I called back and asked for the manager and Stephane came to the phone. She kindly admitted her mistake and offered to remake correct quantity for no additional charge. People forget that everyone makes mistakes, it 's what you do to correct it and how your handle the situation that makes all the difference. I just wanted to thank Bob Evans and give a shout out to Stephanie who is an asset to her company."

Service and food is good here. Definitely great for breakfast. Been here 3x and the waiters are always friendly and attentive. My favorite is the classic breakfast or French toast. Coffee very fresh too. I also always get the mimosas. They even have strawberry mimosas. Good place for breakfast or lunch.

The WORST dining experience I ever had at any Bob Evans restaurant ! The server was ok but it literally took 30min from the time we ordered to the time we were served.... I've dined at many other Bob Evan's and always had fast service....DEFINITELY NOT THIS BOB EVAN'S. It totally was a waste of my time! I should have walked out !!!
