"Service was terrible, server didn’t know anything about the food. She was nice enough, but far from knowledgeable. Another employee kept wanting to clear our plates, so we finally handed them to her with mouths full of food and forks in our hands. That was a bit annoying. Wine list is way overrated and WAY overpriced. It definitely seems like a “wannabe” restaurant. Everything is totally overrated. Food was actually good, but that was the only positive about our experience. Server said they didn’t have potatoes, but somehow my scallops came out with potatoes on the plate. Confused me even more. Glad I didn’t pay the for the venison that I really wanted to try. I would have ordered it if our server knew how it was prepared and what it came with. Everything about this place other than how the food tasted, was annoying and a complete letdown"

"I came to eat with my husband. beautiful festive atmosphere with indoor and outdoor kitchen. large menu with many choices. we chose the appetizer Mexican pizza, garnelen queensadilla dinner and huh chimichunga meal. eating after my opinion was hit and measured. chips and salsa were good. Mexican pizza was missing cheese and ate very dry. my queensadilla also lacked cheese. there was a minimum amount of liquid cheese on the inside, but as the pizza had nothing to bind it together. the rice was extremely dry and bland. they had a good taste and my man liked the pizza and his chimichunga. the service becomes a thumb high. cannot return, but only because we do not really live in the opposite."

"The food was disappointing and lacked flavor. I ordered the fajita taco salad, and the chicken was completely unremarkable; it tasted like it had been reheated. The dish was overly soupy, with an excess of liquid at the bottom. The shell was oddly overcooked yet soggy. It looked nothing like the picture on the Google review—don't be misled. I specifically requested plain water with my meal, but the server brought me sparkling water and tried to charge me extra for it, even though I didn't order it. Be sure to check your bill carefully to avoid any surprises. At El Loro, you won’t go hungry, but there are definitely better Mexican dining options out there. Save your money and look elsewhere. I won't be coming back. As for parking, there were plenty of empty spots, which should have been a red flag."

"i love Bob Evans for the many selections of dishs, for breakfest, dinner time later afternoon meals, my favorite is Choped Sirlion beaf dinner, covered with musrooms, onions, cooked in hidden spices,, and more hidden flavors, and mash potatoes just like my great grandma made and handed down to my mother, not just water and butter is used much much more is hidden in there mash potatoes and i can't get anyone to talk lololol, my grandmother would never tell me, with 2 sides, my first side is chicken soup, the most delicious deepest chicken base flavor i can get from any resturant in Mich, onions, carrots, celery, ect.. i always order a bowel before i eat the main dish and i ask to hold the main meal till i have finished my soup because i want to finish the whole bowl, i dont want to waste any of it,, i thought for years i had made the number 1, chicken soup at home and every since i have had theres i stopped makeing mine at home if you more you can buy gallons of if you so desire lololo not jokeing, you have several more options of a secound or 3rd choice of a side dish, but am not going to steal your looking forward to those dishes i need to leave you something lolol"

"I was unable to place my order on the app. So, I called to see if the order went through, and Stephanie told me it had not and took my order over the phone. I sent a friend to pick it up curbside for he, myself, and my family. Unfortunately, Stephanie didn 't hear me say Family meal and we ended up with one dinner-perfectly cooked-but not enough for all the people. I called back and asked for the manager and Stephane came to the phone. She kindly admitted her mistake and offered to remake correct quantity for no additional charge. People forget that everyone makes mistakes, it 's what you do to correct it and how your handle the situation that makes all the difference. I just wanted to thank Bob Evans and give a shout out to Stephanie who is an asset to her company."

"The staff was unfriendly and seemed frustrated. We traveled from Chicago and stopped here on the way. We had high expectations for this place based on reviews. The only thing that saved it from getting 3 stars was the food, which had a good taste. The outdoor seating was uninviting and gave the impression that they didn't want people to dine outside. Perhaps it was just a bad day or an off day for the server. However, when it came time to pay the bill and leave a tip, the staff suddenly became friendly. I was not impressed with this behavior."

"The restaurant was very busy, so I expected our food to take a bit longer. Our waitress was very sweet and had a genuine smile. She was also very efficient. The food was hot and incredibly delicious. I ordered the pot roast skillet breakfast and my granddaughter got sliced turkey with home fries and green beans. We had a great experience during our visit."

"**Meal Type**: Breakfast **Price Range**: $10–$20 per person **Food Rating**: 3/5 **Service Rating**: 3/5 **Atmosphere Rating**: 3/5 I had the opportunity to dine in for breakfast and found it to be a decent experience overall. I would recommend trying the Classic Breakfast, Ham Macaroni and Cheese, and the Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken if you visit. As for the amenities, there is plenty of parking available, and the parking lot is free, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it's a satisfying spot if you're in the mood for a casual breakfast."

"Food was horrible. They scraped the char off the grill onto our plate! They put onions on a plate that was asked for no onions! The cook for sure wasn’t busy, maybe 4-5 tables in the whole place. The steak tips were burnt and charred with full scrapings in them , then the sides were cold . Cold mashed potatoes and cold broccoli. Then the “manager “ gave us a whole whopping $7 off our meal, what a joke. In all fairness the waitress did ask if We wanted our food recooked but at this point I just felt the cook was incompetent and didn’t know what they were doing. Then the worst part was the waitress served it to us!! She should be making sure the food is right before it’s goes to the table. I mean after all it is her job and her money being effected. Will never spend my hard earned money here again!"

"I just want to rave about this place for a minute. I had just landed at the airport at 11 a.m. and I had a class to teach via Zoom at 1:30. But the car rental line was literally an hour. I needed a place to set up wifi and fast. I called Bob Evans and Holly picked up and said there was indeed wifi at the restaurant. When I got there, she opened up a closed section so I could teach my class. Amazing service! She even got a candy bar for my daughter. Holly and the staff at Bob Evans saved the day for me. I'm so grateful. AND the pancakes were phenomenal."

"Restaurant and bathroom were very dirty. Table wasn't clean. Had to return the butter I got because it had glitter that looked the same as the waitress's nails. Manager came and talked to us but stared out the window thru the conversation. Food was just ok. Prices reasonable. Always like Bob Evans but definitely don't recommend this location. "First time at this location. First table was wobbly. Then my grandsons cheeseburger was very charred. His fries were good though. My meal the lunch special was good I had chopped pork, jalapeño cheddar link and cole slaw. My husband had the ribs, brisket and beans. His was ok. He said the best was the beans and of course we all love the cornbread. My iced tea was good also....I feel they may have been short staffed. HOWEVER, if that's the case let me know upfront. IF I go back to this location action it will be a LONG time...comparing this and the Smyrna location is comparing apples and oranges."

"The service at this restaurant was good, but the food tasted like it was cooked in a microwave, similar to Grandma's house cooking. Some dishes were fresh and tasty, while others were lacking in flavor. The restaurant had a farm-like atmosphere and tried to stay true to its roots, but it fell a bit short. I found myself missing the real Grandma and the church ladies who used to make delicious noodles that people would fight over. Those were the good old days."

"I'm not sure where to explain my experience at bob Evans. Should I start with the HORRENDOUS service and hospitality. As soon as I and my family went into us, where greeted with the extremely strong odor of chemicals that almost deny the air, so it is quite difficult to breathe, oh and don?t start with the table is very sticky and feeling overall very dirty. When my family was sitting, it took almost 20 minutes until the waiter came to us and asked for our orders. Let us now forget what made this review a real 2-star review. As soon as we finally wait our decades for our food, these so-called south-comfort food looked like south-facing food. The pancakes, where cold and the texture of a goodyear ripening had, I left the pancakes aside and thought to take a chance into the cookies that had come as a side to my meal. When I'm in the biscuits, I had to check to make sure that I didn't loose a tooth as the cookies seemed like they were eating out for 2-3 working days. Finally, I had the chicken and the eggs that looked like they were thrown on my plate. The eggs tasted perfectly and greeted me with a soft and fluffy taste The chicken on the other side had a very gum-like and dry taste, which does not correspond to the amount of honey distributed over it. I am very disappointed at my current experience at bob evans and will not return in the foreseeable future."

"We arrived at the restaurant very hungry around 7 o'clock after a long drive from Minnesota. Despite being short-staffed, the employees working did a great job! The waitstaff had smiles on their faces and did the best they could under the circumstances. The food was good and served hot. Overall, I give two thumbs up or five stars to the workers this morning!"
