"I went here recently and had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’m a server so I don’t ever leave bad reviews or judge service harshly because I understand but the service was abysmal. We were the only ones in there an hour and a some change before closing and still had to get up or wave down the waitress just to order or ask for a water. Half of our food was forgotten and we had to wave her down for that too. We were charged for a dessert they were out of and were so tired of being there we didn’t even bother to ask to remove it. We were not checked on one single time. The staff was rude and ignored us non stop. It was the strangest experience, we spent what for us was a lot of money just to regret ever going in. I Can never return to this location, it really was that bad."

Was seated but was not served. Three tables were seated after me and were served. My biggest regret is that I didn't complain to the manager before I walked out.

We left after Waiting for 30 minutes just to get a table. On a Sunday afternoon, there was 3 couples there when we came in. Booths and tables open. Not enough servers or cooks?

What I ordered: Hash BROWNS! What I got; Hash WHITES! What I ordered browned sausage links. What I got: Grey undercooked sausage links. They appeared to have been boiled or steamed. What I expected: great customer service. What I got; a rude elderly woman with a smart mouth.

I ordered a Wildfire Salad to go from the menu displayed at the front door, which was priced at $11.19. However, I was charged $12.29. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told it was the price listed on the takeout menus kept behind the counter, which are not visible to customers. The salad itself was quite basic—there was no Wildfire sauce, and the Wildfire ranch dressing lacked any spice. I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this location in the future.
