"This restaurant serves truly authentic Taiwanese hotpot, and I highly recommend it! The lunch prices are more affordable than those at dinner, and when you order lunch, you also get a complimentary drink. If you're not a fan of the smell of stinky tofu, I suggest avoiding the house special hotpot. However, I personally enjoy stinky tofu, so I thought it was great. On weekend afternoons, the restaurant can get quite busy—I waited about half an hour for a table. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets where you can hang out while you wait. The plaza has ample parking as well."

Lunch wait line is crazy, better avoid peak hour. The food tastes good, just a bit too small for me.

My Chinese friend recommended here. It was really tasty chili food and clean. Service was good too! Take menu number 4. And we were waiting for 30 min to enter. It is also goo to go with family, lover, friends too.

Price went up a little compared to the last time I went, but I still need it regularly. I took my friend who had never been to the Boiling Point and he loved it too. Fun experience with your own pot and little fire. You can request extra broth too.Food: 5/5

Boiling Point was great, and I enjoyed the food until my recent visit. However, yesterday I noticed they changed the menu and the tempura. They downsized it from the large pieces we used to get to much smaller ones, which was disappointing. Please bring back the old tempura to the menu, Boiling Point! I really hope you don’t make any more changes. We love that place! View menu

My place for comfort food. I eat at Boiling Point almost every week and the food is always consistent. I always get the beef hot soup in medium spicy level. I think this is the best one to get because it has a lot of variety in the soup and the flavor is amazing. Some people share one soup for two people but I always eat one by myself. If you come during their lunch hours you get a free black tea or green tea of your choice.

Went right when it opened on a Sunday, this place can get busy. I ordered the Korean Bean Paste Soup. You can choose your level of spiciness, I chose mild and it was perfect for me. Lots of stuff in this soup! Loved every bite and slurp! Also comes with a side of rice or vermicelli. Soup sits on a box with a flame under so your soup is boiling the entire time unless you ask the server to turn it off. It comes with a choice of green or black cold tea.

I went out for dinner with my friends and ordered a Korean bean paste hot pot. The flavor was great, but the soup was a bit too salty and very spicy. I specifically requested a mild spice level when I ordered, but when the dish arrived, it was more like medium or very spicy. I ended up with a runny nose after eating! This has happened to me several times—each time I order mild spicy food, it doesn't turn out as expected. I really hope they can improve on this. On a positive note, the service staff had a great attitude. View menu

The service here was slow and inefficient. Even though the restaurant was "busy," we waited 40-50 minutes to be seated, and there were no utensils or dishes available for us when we finally got a table. Once we were seated, we realized that the service continued to lag. Although the staff were occupied, there was a noticeable lack of urgency, and one employee was even on their phone. To make matters worse, we noticed them using a dirty rag, which left a rancid, sour smell at our table. We ended up having to wipe it down ourselves with a baby wipe.

This place serves truly authentic Taiwanese hotpot! I highly recommend it. The lunch prices are more affordable than those at dinner, and you also get a complimentary drink with your lunch meal. If you're not a fan of the smell of stinky tofu, I'd suggest steering clear of the house special hotpot. Personally, I enjoy stinky tofu, so I thought it was great! During weekend afternoons, the restaurant can get quite busy—I waited about half an hour for a table. However, there are plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets to explore while you wait. Plus, the plaza has ample parking available.

"I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the staff member on shift assured me it would be no problem to correct the order. I provided my husband's name and told her I would give her the order number, but she said she could see it and would handle it. When my husband picked up the order, he confirmed that they had agreed to make the corrections, but when we got home, we discovered that nothing had changed. I called back to address the issue, and the staff member sincerely apologized and promised a refund for the incorrect bowl. However, a minute later, Jasmine called me back with an attitude, claiming she couldn't issue the refund because the order was under my name and not my husband's. I tried to explain that I had offered to provide the order number and mentioned that the website issue had caused the confusion, and that someone had already offered me a full refund. Instead, she only offered a 10% discount on the order. I inquired about when I could speak to the main manager or owner, but Jasmine told me they come in at their convenience and that she would make sure they would address the refund when they had a chance to speak with me. This entire situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I am left wondering when the manager or owner will reach out to resolve the mistake that Jasmine created over a mere $11."
