Every restaurant deserves our support, but family-owned ones particularly depend on your patronage to keep their staff employed. Your visits are crucial for their continued operation. Tonight, I enjoyed the best Beef Rib Pho I've ever had at Broth Basil. The Charbroiled Pork Bun Sliders and Charbroiled Shrimp were also outstanding.

We initially planned to eat at the restaurant next door, but after reading the menu at Pho, we decided to give it a try, and we were pleasantly surprised. It has quickly become our favorite spot in the area. The short rib vermicelli dish was outstanding. For the Steak and Brisket Pho, they pour the hot broth at the table, allowing the meat to cook right in the bowl. It was a fantastic experience!

The standout dish of the night was the Wagyu Bo Luc Lac (Wagyu beef), which was exquisitely presented on the plate. It came with a zesty citrus salad, rice topped with an egg, and a side of flavorful pork broth. While it was on the expensive side, it was truly exceptional. I visited Broth And Basil during work hours and was pleased with the fast service, so seating was never an issue. The food is simple yet delicious—this is one of the best, if not the best, vermicelli bowls I've ever had! And if you try the steamed rolls, be warned: after the first bite, you'll devour them so quickly you'll forget to take a photo! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine.

Dry Specialty or Dry Hu Tiu is my most favorite. The taste is wonderful. Don't forget to ask for cooked bean sprouts : Only one thing cutting one star off is that the noodles were cooked too well thus they were too soft and broken easily. Anw highly recommended for Vietnamese dishes. Parking lots are available nearby with short walk, no need to park at front. Staffs are friendly. Fast services. Clean tables. Hand sanitizer is available at each table as well.

This wagyu beef is served on a sizzling platter and comes with a refreshing citrus salad, rice topped with a fried egg, and a side of pork broth. Although it was on the expensive side, it was absolutely delicious! Broth And Basil offers chicken wings that surpass even their pho in taste. The Saigon-style sauce on the wings is exceptionally flavorful. Though they only have two wing flavors, both are juicy and uniquely satisfying. Unfortunately, the pho doesn’t measure up to other spots—the noodles are dry and bland, and the meat tastes outdated. The broth also leaves you feeling oddly thirsty. Because of this, I’m rating the restaurant 4 stars and hope they enhance their pho in the future.

This restaurant has been around for several years, and I can’t believe it took us this long to visit! The service was outstanding; the staff welcomed us quickly and checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied. The egg rolls were delicious and not greasy at all. We also tried the charred pork roast sliders, which were served with fresh vegetables and tasty pork in a steamed bun. The pho was wonderful, featuring a rich broth filled with just the right balance of herbs, without being too strong.

If you love pho and beef ribs, you need to stop everything and visit this restaurant to try their Pho Beef Rib—it's truly a must-try! The blend of the ribs and pho was a delightful surprise that I didn't expect. The service was outstanding, and the broth was flavorful without being overpowering, letting the meat stand out perfectly. I also highly recommend the beignet frits for dessert; they’re great for sharing. Overall, I’m excited to have discovered this place—it could be one of the best pho spots in North Austin.
