"We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the bartender was outstanding. The selection of beers was entertaining and one-of-a-kind. The tater tots and pizza were incredibly tasty. However, I can't praise the bartender on the second floor enough. They were fun, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the beers, offering excellent recommendations. I would definitely return without any hesitation. We visited on a Friday afternoon, and it was just right—not too crowded, with ample seating available."

Buffalo Bayou Brewing not only had great beer, but it also has one of the best views of the skyline you’ll find. Parking was relatively easy for a Friday Night and I would certainly come back next time I’m in Houston.

Had a great time at this place! Tried the Just Cheese and Pepperoni Chopped Screwed pizzas delicious! The brewery was cool, but the highlight was the breathtaking Houston skyline view. Loved the vibe! Highly recommend.

I had an awesome time with awesome brews at Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co. There are different views to explore, but I was drawn to the balcony because of the incredible view of downtown Houston. I did not try any food, but it looked great, too. View menu

I would go back just for the views. The Houston skyline from there is beautiful. We had reservations and still had a long wait before we were waited on. Our server was very apologetic. They were pretty busy. The food was okay. The wings were hot out the fryer which I loved and had some flavor. It was your run of the mill bar food.

Amazing views. I'm from Michigan and was in town for a conference in June. I was worried about the heat and having to sit inside all the time. To my delight, many places, including Buffalo Bayou, had great airflow in patio seating with strong fans. Because of this I was able to enjoy the amazing view with my coworkers well into the evening. Beer was good and the wings were awesome. The cauliflower also impressed me.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
