"The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. I went through the drive-thru, and the attendant interrupted me before I could finish my order. When I reached the first window, the staff member didn’t smile or acknowledge me, only informing me of the amount I owed. At the second window, the woman didn’t respond when I greeted her and didn’t say thank you or wish me a good day. This was on a Saturday afternoon, and I've usually experienced excellent customer service in the evenings. I was really let down today."

I just got home, changed into my pajamas, and sat down to eat, only to discover that my dinner was missing from the bag. All I had was my fries and my friend's meal. Thank you for ruining my dinner plans! Not only was the staff rude, but now I can't eat at all. I really appreciate it!

My order was incorrect. I requested a bacon Swiss king chicken sandwich, but all I got was a lot of mayo, a piece of chicken, and two slices of bread, as shown in the picture. The service is extremely slow, and you'll find yourself waiting a long time for your food. I highly do not recommend this place due to their service.
