"Awful honestly would give 0 stars, rude, won’t answer the phone, and act like they have no customer service skills. Not to mention I overheard going through the drive thru that one of them couldn’t even comprehend the color orange. Took me 20 times calling before they answered, also if you want the cheesy tots go somewhere else cause they ain’t never gonna have any.. they probably eat them all day long while they at work and be fat instead of actually tending to their customers."

This fast food restaurant needs to be closed down. I've watched it decline over the years... Service is poor and extremely slow.

They ate ridiculously slow and then dont get the order right. My daughter sat for 35 minutes waiting on 4 whopper combos. Then the buns were soggy because they took so long. THEY SUCK!! Won't be open much longer.

Today I went to the Moncks Corner SC location and ordered a Whopper Jr with a diet coke. Ice machine broken so it was warm. Whopper Jr was served without your out your sauce ... they used mayonnaise instead. Would have been nice when I ordered if they had informed me of the above nut no one did. Think it is time for you to take the Burger King sign down as this is NOT a Burger King.

Kept waiting for my order after it was paid, for they kept bypassing my order for people in the drive-through, then bypassed my order for others behind me. When I asked about it, the young would be manager said that if anyone complains that they will give them an application. I told him I don’t need an application. I just need my order, I won’t be back there again you can believe that
