"Not sure what happened. Maybe they're under new management?We have been ordering from this location for 4 and a half years. I'd say we are pretty regular in that we have typically ordered from them twice a month during those 4+ years. Our order is mostly the same each time with two large pizza's and occasionally an additional menu item. It would be pretty accurate to say we are familiar with the menu and the quality of the food which is normally good. Even when there have been mistakes in the order, or mishaps with delivery, its normally not a big deal to us. We always tip well.With all that its very sad to me that I feel forced to come here and leave a bad review. The quality of the food in our last order was so so absurdly bad that that I actually decided to reach out to the customer service email they have posted here. I gave them the order number and I explained the issues we had with food and asked for some kind of follow up and a refund. After a week I have yet to receive any kind of response.The specific issue was basically that he pizza had no bread under the cheese and toppings... Sound weird? Yeah... it was.We had ordered two New York style crusts with toppings which we had ordered many times before. What we received instead looked more like a thin crust pizza where there is very little outer crust and the bread under the toppings is crispy like a cracker. Not a big deal, we thought, it was the wrong crust, but we are okay with thin crust pizza's even if isn't what we specifically ordered.Unfortunately it was not a thin crust either. If there was breading under the cheese and toppings it was literally so paper thin that you could see through it and literally see the color and texture of the toppings on the other side. I was completely dumbfounded as to how such a thing was even constructed. What we had was two oversized Church wafers with the centers cut out and melted cheese and toppings poured onto the exposed cardboard box that it was delivered in...Am I an A-hole for thinking this isn't acceptable and wanting an refund?"

since moving into the moncks corner opposite we have tried to find a good pizza compound. the pizza from here taste amazing and looks great every time! my best choice for pizza.

Usually my go to for pizza! After over an hour late for delivery, I ended up going to get it myself. Still haven't seen the refund for the driver tip credit my account. Sad to see great service go y the way side

This was the worst pizzaI've ever tasted. Not only was my order delivered incomplete, but they have no idea how to even make dough. It's actually made with sugar pepper. This from someone who worked for an actual pizza shoppe with Italian speaking owners.

I live in Goose Creek and prefer to drive to the Moncks Corner location because the service is exceptional. Stoners is lucky to have someone like Sue working there. Her friendly demeanor always brings a smile to my face, and the pizza never fails to impress! View menu

It's really hard to find a good pizza in SC this is #1 for now. I got mine fresh out of the oven, it needs a little rest time to finish cooking. Not a big deal. The sauce, cheese and pepperoni all taste good. Soft pillowy crust very good.Wont be my last from them.

Been coming here for about the last three months now since we moved to Moncks from Johns Island.The wife and I usually share a large pizzaHawaiian Pizza: Slammin’Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Slammin’I always get five to ten wings for myself.Ragin Cajun: Slammin’Mango Habanero: Slammin’I usually always place my order on the way home from work in Mt. Pleasant on Highway 41Miss Sue has been the one to pick up the phone most often and she is always full of life and good cheer.I’m from the Carolinas and I’ve lived in a lot of states in this Union. Pizza really isn’t that hard to do but when your spending 30-60 dollars for chow you want It solid. This place is awesome and I hope they continue to thrive.
