"This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took 22 minutes to get my food. I then waited an additional 6 minutes at the window while 3 employees stood there talking about a customer complaining about the wait time and wrong food, blaming the customer. One employee finally asked what I was waiting for, retrieved my food, and remarked that my order had been waiting for 8 minutes. It took a total of 8 minutes from the time I placed my order to actually receiving it in my hand. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable."

Went in at 9:30 a.m. and everything was fine, BUT the biscuit...it was so hard and chewy that it made a clunking sound when it hit the tray. They shouldn't leave biscuits sittin' that long. It was definitely not the quality BK of Talladega usually is. I'll be sure to drive around and pay attention to who is working before I come back in.

I asked the guy working. I said is your drink machine working and Ice cream machine working as well he says This is not McDonald 's I tell him the order and he goes to fix it and he asked me what flavor drink I wanted keep in mind I had alreadytold him so I tell him again I also told him I wanted a ice cream cone he fixed me a cup of Ice-cream. You need to work oncustomer service.
