"At that point, my wife decided to cancel her order. I asked to speak with the manager, who offered to remove her meal from the bill. I specifically inquired if my wife could wait for her sushi to be remade at no charge, and she confirmed that it would be possible. Eventually, the correct meal was brought out, but when the bill arrived, my wife’s meal was still included. I informed our server that the manager had assured us it would be removed. The manager returned to clarify that she only meant it would be taken off if my wife canceled her order. I shouldn't need her approval for that; if we were canceling it, of course I wouldn’t be paying for it! At that point, she agreed to discount my wife’s meal by 50%. I explained that this wasn’t what we had originally agreed upon, but she insisted that was the best she could do. I accepted but told her we wouldn’t be returning, to which she simply replied, "OK." When I reviewed the bill, I noticed that I was charged $18.95 for my entrée instead of the correct price of $15.95. I pointed this out to our server using the menu for reference, and she adjusted it back to the accurate amount. It’s astounding that they would try to charge us extra even after mistakenly applying a discount to my wife’s meal. I understand that mistakes can happen and that service may sometimes be slow, but I expect businesses to take accountability for their errors and, more importantly, to fulfill their promises and maintain honesty with customers. I will never return to Yamato, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone."

"we loved this place so much! my daughter is a coffee maker and we both loved the ms honey bee lattee, a lavender and honey latte. the purple kartoffel latte is a caffine free option that is also really good! something quite different but very good! eating was also very good. they have some nice eating like a bird smaller portions that are beautiful. the salads we had were really good and my man loved the blt on gluten-free bread! we went several times during our stay over 2 weeks to this place and the service was always great! no variation. it was always clean and eating was consistently good. I had the addicus sandwich that was a turkey sandwich with an amazing orange infused senf. the waffle/Egg/Sausage entrees were also really good. the only complaint we had was that it closed at 2:00! we would have liked to get coffee in the afternoon, but it brought us back a liter earlier."

"Traveling across the United States a couple of years ago we stopped at Dan B's. The help was absolutely amazing. I asked about the pizza. What a treat it was. We had the Alligator. I ended up getting two tee shirts and we went back the next day the owner was there what a very nice man he stood there and talked to us as if we were lifelong friends. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling that way you will not be disappointed. Thank you for your great service and such great people."

"Went for Sunday brunch and left disappointed. We had a table of six and all ordered off the brunch menu except for me. I ordered the Jerk Chicken salad that was $18. Service was prompt but the salad came out and was on a side salad plate with a singlebreast of chicken on top of some spinach. I mean, no more than handful of spinach with a small breast of chicken for $18!(Picture added) Crazy! I sent it back and got the crab cakes off the brunch menu like the rest of the table. Grits were blandand the crab cakes were salty and tasted frozen. They also forgot the hollandaise sauce. When the bill came they had chargedeach of us $2 up charge for each of the crab cakes ordered. There were only 3 entrees to order from the brunch menu and therewas no mention of an up charge. Only to add fuel to the experience the bill came with suggested tip amounts (like many do) butthey had 20% and 30% as the only amounts listed off the total bill with tax as suggestions. Clearly it?s all about sticking itto the customers! I?ve been several times years ago and it was always great but this will be my last."
