"It was a good summer evening to enjoy some ice cream and the Creamery served up just what we were craving. My wife had a scoop of the coffee toffee, and I treated myself to their pistachio and peanut butter brownie on a sweet waffle bowl. The Natural “baristas” kept the line moving in the popular spot in Greenville,my wife and I weren’t the only folks loving the the flavors."

"We dined at Nino 's in Greenville tonight. On arrival they seated us pretty quickly (We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation). Initial impressions were NOT good. They sat us RIGHT next to a large family with young boisterous children despite empty tables evident in all directions. Our menus were soiled with food film smears on the outside and greasy fingerprints on the paper inside. The restaurant was freezing. A bartender (I think) was repeatedly tossing empty bottles into a trash can or something so there was a periodic loud glass crash. Being an old curmudgeon I of course had to of course complain. The manager came over and apologized and the noise stopped. Temporarily. Until the bartender forgot and did it again. I had hoped to get the (recommended) Pork Ossobuco, but it was not on the menu tonight and was probably a special. I inquired about it and the waitress replied What is ossobuco? She then brought us a bread service of four VERY oily soft squares of focaccia which were really delicious. I know now where the greasy fingerprints on the menus came from. My wife ordered chicken parmesan and thought the flavor was good, but the chicken breast was a little chewier than expected. It was served with spaghetti and was a large portion. I ordered spinach pappardelle with a wonderfully rich and creamy burrata and white truffle sauce topped with blackened shrimp. This dish was VERY good and I 'd order it again if we return. The shrimp were cooked perfectly... just the right complement to the delicious sauce. We enjoyed a bottle of Nino 's Falanghina, a white wine somewhere in the ballpark of an albariño or sauvignon blanc. It was very good and was a good value. It paired very well with the meals. We passed on dessert but there were several interesting options. All in all, I truly enjoyed my meal and would order it again. My wife felt that the chicken parmesan was pretty pedestrian and was no better than we can make at home or get in"

"My favorite place, by far! Your basic menu is filled with great options try the Chesapeake Chicken and Shrimp! And their seasonal specialities are always excellent. They will change everything and everything they can. I asked them to make soft tacos in a salad and it's always great, not in their menu."

"BEST DATE NITE!! I could not have picked a better place to spend our Friday date night. I'm so grateful we were able to make a reservation the same night as graduation, totally forgetting how busy it would be. For drinks, I had the pomegranate spritz which was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I later had the empress which was a little too spirit forward for me, but very pretty (as it was purple). For starters, I enjoyed the scallops which was PHENOMENAL!!! I will definitely be back for those. I'm still salivating over the green coconut curry sauce. My bf has the cheese plate which he very much enjoyed with the variation of cheese and jams. For entree, I thoroughly enjoyed the trout which was cooked to perfect. The best feeling was the lightness and freshness of the dish.....never did I feel heavy after finishing the entire plate. Of course I couldn't resist dessert after a meal like this! The buttermilk pie was the perfect evening to such a beautiful night with my love. It was creamy, sweet, and savory. I truly can't wait to return. Yes, our bill for 2 was , but what else do you expect for an amazing date night?! It was absolutely worth it. Love the atmosphere, the warm greeting of the staff, and the food!!"

"I visited this restaurant on September 21, 2023, and found the food to be quite good. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. After our pizzas were delivered, we were never offered soda refills. When we finished, no waiter came to check on us, so I had to go inside to request the bill and a box. Eventually, the server brought us a Styrofoam container instead of a proper pizza box. When my daughter asked for a pizza box, the waiter belatedly acknowledged it with an "oh yeah." It seemed like we weren’t prioritized because we weren't ordering drinks. It's a shame, as a better service could have led to a more generous tip. I would still recommend this place to friends visiting Greenville, as I was recommended, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Food: 4, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2."
