Fernando and Denise are fantastic! We decided to drop by on a whim and truly wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely return for the chicken empanadas!

Excellent food! We ordered the cubano, lechon fries, and cafe con leche. We had enjoyed the drinks outside while the food was getting prepared. It was so good and great portions. The owner was really nice and her daughter was helpful. Will come again!Food: 5/5

The atmosphere is delightful, and I received a warm welcome. I didn't mind the wait for my empanadas since they're freshly made and absolutely delicious. They serve authentic Cuban café con leche, so if you prefer non-dairy milk, make sure to bring your own. Food: 5/5.

Incredible Empanadas, and an authentic Cuban Sandwich that's worth going out of your way for. Really flavorful ropa vieja, and the empanada dough has an excellent flake texture with the right amount of chew. Takeout only, but there are a few small tables to post up at if you care to eat on-site. Extremely friendly service. Highly recommended if you enjoy good, quick Cuban food at reasonable prices.

The coffee is fantastic, and the empanadas are decent, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The woman I believe to be the owner didn’t make any eye contact or greet me when I walked in. After I paid, she simply handed me my bag without a word. She seems to ignore new customers, but was very welcoming to someone she recognized. I really wish Flamingo Palms were still open. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3/5. View menu

The owner, who runs the restaurant alongside her husband, is incredibly charming and friendly. I visited to ask about catering for my Havana Nights party, and she was extremely helpful, especially since I'm not very familiar with Cuban cuisine. I didn't hesitate for a second; I paid and reserved my food right away. Although my party is still a week away, I’m not nervous at all! I have complete trust in her! By the way, the small restaurant was bustling with pickup orders the whole time I was there, which speaks volumes.

First and foremost, you HAVE to try their coffee! It was definitely worth the drive. The staff was incredibly friendly and informed us right away that everything is made fresh, so it might take a bit longer to prepare our food. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, and it was delicious! You can really taste the freshness, and I would definitely go back for it. Just a heads up: this isn’t a dine-in restaurant. They have a few seats for waiting on your order and a small table with two chairs outside, but it’s still totally worth it to enjoy their food and coffee!

I found this place randomly searching for coffee shops near me. It took me over 2 years to discover this place is 6 min from me, but better late than never. Previous reviews recommend ordering to go, which is definitely the best way to go. All is made fresh upon ordering, so it took at least 15 min for mine. I called around 8:20 a.m., and already they were out of Papita Rellenas. So obviously, they must be crazy good.I got (2) beef , (1) rope Viejo, and (1) guava con queso empanadas with, of course (2) Iced Cafe con Leche. Once I got home, my BF and I devoured everything.
